I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the support provided throughout the programme and examination process. I consistently felt well supported, and any concerns or questions I had were always addressed promptly and clearly by both Rihanna and Liz.

My experience with the Success platform was very positive, and I found the materials and guidance helpful and accessible. Communication leading up to the examination was also clear, timely, and informative, which contributed greatly to feeling prepared.

I would highly recommend this programme to others and truly value the quality of education and support provided.

J’ai suivi une formation en présentiel avec Improve France et je dois dire que l’expérience a été très décevante.

Le programme présenté au départ n’a pas été réellement suivi. Certaines parties ont été abordées très rapidement, d’autres à peine traitées, sans explication particulière ce qui a rendu la formation difficile à exploiter pleinement.

Les supports fournis n’étaient pas à la hauteur non plus : documents peu clairs, impressions de qualité médiocre, contenus parfois incomplets. (pas de sommaire par exemple ou de pagination) Quant à la plateforme en ligne, elle s’est révélée compliquée à utiliser, peu intuitive et finalement peu utile pour accompagner la formation. (des documents qui n'avait rien a voir avec la formation par exemple)

Mais le point le plus problématique reste l’équipe : Il est très difficile d’obtenir des réponses claires. Les interlocuteurs changent constament, les informations sont floues, parfois contradictoires, et l’on a le sentiment que personne ne maîtrise réellement le contenu ou l’organisation de la formation. Les délais de réponse sont longs, et certaines demandes restent sans véritable suivi.

Pour une formation à ce prix, on est en droit d’attendre un minimum de rigueur, de coordination et de professionnalisme. Malheureusement, cela n’a pas été mon expérience.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone involved for providing such a positive and well-organised course experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my time attending classes in Swindon and greatly appreciated the warm hospitality and support throughout my stay. I would also like to specifically thank Mel, who was always very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, which was greatly appreciated.
I am also very grateful for the flexibility shown in accommodating my online attendance when required. This made a significant difference and demonstrated a genuine understanding of the practical challenges faced by those traveling from further afield and balancing professional commitments alongside further study.
I would particularly like to thank our course tutor, Sarah Heath. Her depth of knowledge and expertise in animal behaviour is outstanding, and learning from her was a privilege. Her reputation in this field was a major factor in my decision to choose this course, and it certainly lived up to my expectations.
The course content was highly relevant and immediately applicable to everyday veterinary nursing practice. It is a course I truly believe every veterinary practice would benefit from having a member of staff complete, given how closely it aligns with daily clinical work and patient care.

I strongly regret enrolling on a Dermatology GPCert with Improve International Spain. What initially seemed like an expensive but worthwhile course turned into a constant stream of additional charges.
After what happened last November—when I was charged an unexpected extra 400 € simply to unblock access to PRE-RECORDED / PRE-MADE online content (not new material, not additional teaching, just access to content that already existed)—the situation became clear. This happened because their online content is only available for roughly one year after you finish paying for it. If you fail to complete your certification within that time, as I did due to major personal and professional circumstances (including changing countries twice during that period), you are essentially forced to pay extra fees just to regain access to material you already paid for. This policy is neither fair nor clearly communicated from the start.
I decided to write this review today because, yet again, I woke up yesterday to an email informing me of an additional 20 € charge, with no explanation at all as to why this amount is being charged. Once again, the email included a threat that my Dermatology content would be blocked if I did not make the payment within 5 days. I emailed Improve International Spain regarding this charge and they couldnt provide me with an explanation.
On top of that, back in November when I was charged 400€ just to unblock the dermatology contents I had already paid for, when I contacted Improve International UK, the lady helped me and unlocked the online content stating that it was more than fair that I would have access to it until my exam. And on the same day, Improve International Spain blocked yet again the online content stating that I had to pay the 400€. The communication between both branches is absolutely atrocious.
Their communication with the client is unclear and misleading. Costs are not transparently explained from the beginning, and every issue seems to be handled with one priority only: money. There is no sense of student support or goodwill—only repeated charges and threats to block access.
To be fair, I did a practical ultrasound course in June 2022, and that was the only positive experience I have had with this company. The course was interesting and very complete—expensive, yes, but overall worth it.
Unfortunately, the Dermatology GPCert has been the complete opposite and is honestly one of the poorest professional decisions I have made in my entire career. The content is extremely dense and very boring to be fair, with little to no educational videos at all—just endless written material listing dermatological diseases and physiology. There is little to no engaging, interactive, or pedagogically modern about it. For a course costing over 6,000 €, this is simply unacceptable.
Before choosing any course—especially theoretical online ones—from Improve International, I strongly recommend reviewing alternatives from other providers, such as CPD Solutions, which are slightly less expensive and seem clearer in what they offer. If you enroll in a GPCert with Improve International, do not expect a positive experience.
I am only continuing to finish the course because I have already paid for it and will never deal with this company again. I even feel anxiety when I have to open their website and force myself to study something that I was very excited about previously, at the moment it just feels like a punishment that I honestly think I dont deserve. I strongly advise others to think very carefully before enrolling and to be fully aware of the true final cost and the actual quality of teaching.

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I enjoyed the pratical ultrasound course in Swindon back in June of 2022 and the UK branch is more or less reliable. But please avoid Improve International Spain at all costs and really think if over 6000€ for an online course that you can only access for 1,5 years is worth it 🙏🏻

Easy to find and park. Great facilities to host or attend veterinary training. Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The food supplied for lunch was extremely good with plenty of variety and options.

There’s room for improvement in their customer care. They follow up promptly if you don’t complete a purchase of a high-priced course, but tend to overlook inquiries from those who aren’t ready to book right away.

While the courses themselves are of high quality, they’re priced in a way that makes them realistic only for professionals with strong financial backing or employer funding.

Quality of lecturing and education was excellent, however, the administration of the company is extremely poor.
There were multiple organisational errors during my course. I enrolled, my employer paid my fee, Improve confirmed my place on the course and then I received nothing on the start date, I had to chase Improve for access to the learning platform.
There was a 3 days practical course as part of my studies, Improve incorrectly assigned me to take this course with the class ahead of me instead of my own class, 1 year before I had covered the relevant material - I only realised this when I attended the practicals and spoke to others. When I finished my course and passed my exams Improve did not issue my certificate, when I chased them for this 7 months later I was told my fees had never been paid, when I gave them dates and invoice numbers to check the payment they then refused to speak further with me on GDPR grounds as my employer had sponsored my course, I had to contact my regional manager to get it sorted on my behalf.

Overall excellent education providers but their administration is terribly disorganised.

Our sanctuary has used the pet gifting programme for the last few animals that have passed away whilst in our care.
It is reassuring to know that, not only will their remains be treated with dignity and respect. They will also contribute towards teaching a new generation of vets how to care for and improve the welfare of all animals.

Such an incredible course for diagnostic imaging. The blended version was perfect for me. The tutors were fantastic on the whole very accommodating. Beth Dunne the course coordinator is brilliant. The team is just wonderful. I’m so glad to be part of this journey.

Excellent course materials and extremely useful practical sessions with friendly, knowledgeable staff and lecturers/presenters.

We are a veterinary clinic located in Dorset who use Improve International on a regular basis. We take part in their pet gifting scheme which in turn supports our clients and enables our team members to book onto a wide variety of CPD courses. Both vets and nurses benefit from the training programmes provided. We will continue to use Improve International and recommend other veterinary practices to do so.

Our veterinary practice has worked in partnership with Improve Veterinary Education for several years now. Their pet gifting programme is invaluable to our clients and their support enables the families we serve to use our mobile service in the comfort of their home. Without the help of improve, many of the families we serve would not be able to access our home service.
Their staff (particularly Rachael Varney) are friendly, supportive and efficient – always getting back to us quickly with an answer to our questions. They handle sensitive matters with compassion and professionalism and have always met their obligations to us.

Absolutely amazing staff, big shout out to Melanie. She's the absolute star of the show and she literally is that person you can count on to help you navigate through any bump in the road. Very stressful last couple of weeks have been easier through all the panic moments because of Mel, always able to ease the stress.

Currently enrolled on the small animal medicine face to face course and have loved every module so far. Our speakers have been incredibly engaging with special mentions to Florent (Gastro) and Chris (Cardio). The Improve team are all wonderful and are very helpful. Thank you especially to Eve who has been our programme coordinator. Would highly recommend the course to anyone.

Came to the Sheffield venue for a day course for nurses. Staff were lovely! Amy and Jade made me and my dog comfortable, looking after him during lectures. the course was very interesting and fun and food provided was amazing xx

I've enjoyed the whole course and feel like I have learnt so much. I had a bit of a strange situation with the system updating my completion %, however Eve has sorted it all out for me! Would highly recommend, thank you so much!!
