No one at the wash - closed
Paid upfront for a wash. When arrived at the car wash it was closed. Bloody annoying. Now stuck with a wash that I don't know when I can use.

Spent £19.00 on the top car wash only to find watermarks (droplet size deposits) all over the vehicle. Part of the vehicle still had bird dropping marks on it.

PAID TWICE!!
PAID ON THE APP PRIOR TO VISIT BUT NEVER RECIEVED A BAR CODE OR QR CODE WITHIN THE APP FOR ATTENDANT TO SCAN. I HAD EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT BUT NO PROOF WITHIN THE APP. I HAD TO PAY AGAIN TO GET MY CAR WASHED.

I went to LLanelli IMO and see a banner…
I went to LLanelli IMO and see a banner to buy a Ceramic XTR with a free Triple wax offer advertised. i asked the attendant how do i go about the offer and he showed me on the app the offer was saying £16.00. i paid £20 and i have received no voucher for the triple wax wash in my app as was explained by the atteddant, so i paid full price and no tripple wAX OFFER WAS SENT.
