Car came out wet , the blower which hasn’t been working lately (fixed in position at the top and not moving up and down following the line of the vehicle)
This time it started at the windscreen , missing the front of the car altogether
and seemed to be set at too fast a pace

Took my car there for a wash, end up with body full of scratches, their machines destroyed the paint on my car, and they refuse to take responsibility although i have all evidence of that.. avoid.avoid

I had an outstanding experience at the Gloucester IMO car wash yesterday after opting for the Diamond Wax package to clean my seagulls poo covered car. The team delivered a superb finish — the car looked immaculate, glossy, and genuinely showroom ready. The staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work, and the whole process felt smooth and professional from start to finish. A well deserved five stars for exceptional service and brilliant results.

Always go for the ceramic clean, One of the better car washes due to the extra work by the guys before it goes into the machine. Making sure the areas that normally get missed are clean, Which drawn me to use it. But the last three cleans has not been as good as it has been. Once was very busy so I can let that go, but the other times, care just wasn’t taken compared to other visits.

The wash appeared to be cleaned as expected, however, I have never been completely happy with the drying aspect of the process. It always leave streaks, never quite dry enough…!

I had a really disappointing experience at . The quality of the wash was poor — there was still visible dirt and streaks left on my car, especially around the lower panels and rear. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned at all.
On top of that, the staff seemed rushed and uninterested, with little attention to detail. The whole process felt careless rather than professional. For the price charged, I expected a much better standard of service.
I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a thorough or reliable car wash.

The guy who assisted me was kind of stressed. For some reason he didn’t clean my car properly in the inside, I paid almost £40 for a service that should be properly done. The manager (I assume) was polite and kind.

The other guy turned my radio volume down (which was not loud) and said he doesn’t like music. That was rude and disrespectful, because I was obviously going to turn the music off as soon as he started his job on my car. If I would have been with my husband, I am sure he would not have done that. It’s not my fault they have Muslim celebrations and have to work. I’ll never come back.

They are just so easy to deal with and get my car clean without missing bits.

Don't like receiving special offers that I cannot redeem as I pay by subscription.
Like the ease of just sitting while the car is washed.
Pre wash preparation is varied. Sometimes lots of detergent, sometimes little, and rarely any on windscreen.

I use this car wash regularly, using the good AA discounts (better than the IMO App?). Like many services in the UK the experience has been getting worse and NOBODY seems to care. The equipment is not properly maintained and assume it is a franchise, so IMO should be monitoring quality. Parts of the wash have not been working for months. The staff seem unmotivated and unable to fix faults despite their best efforts. Just one person collects the payment, pre-washes & activates the wash, often keeping queues waiting for 30-45 minutes at busy times. The wash itself takes under 6 minutes. The Valet service is good, as more staff working on the cars. So I think the management need to sort this out or risk losing customers. There is also no escape or bypass lane, so if it does break down, cars have to back out. Maybe dangerous in any emergency? This should be a great money earning business & service to the local community, if run properly. It is not at the moment. There appears to be no visible on site manager either.

01/12/23 Most of the issues seem to have been fixed apart from a side panel brush. The AA discounts make this car wash better value than most despite the issues. Like many things in the UK it's a case of LEAST WORST!

07/01/24 Well things seem to have improved, so thanks for that, despite some items still not working. Can't fault the hard-working and friendly staff.
