Dan was brilliant. My partner and I had a pretty complicated situation with our mortgage, and from the first call, Dan put our minds at ease. He made it feel possible when we honestly thought we might not get one, and he managed to secure our mortgage successfully. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knowledgeable. They deserve more then 5 stars
I can’t speak highly enough of immediate mortgage solutions. We had their help with our buy to let and residential mortgage which included some trickier elements and everything was made so smooth and easy. Communication is regular and clear. Our advisor Hemal has honestly been a saint throughout the whole process despite a change of property and other hiccups.

A very professional and smooth service
A very professional and smooth service. Dan Quinn was excellent from start to finish, by having an hour and half meeting answering all my queries and doubts for the buying process. He was always available for any questions I had throughout the process and made everything a smooth and enjoyable process. After moving into my home I received a nice hamper from Immediate Mortgage Solutions which was a really nice touch. Will definitely be using Dan in the future as my mortgage advisor.

Knowledgeable and helpful
Spoke with Dan Quinn over what seemed a very confusing process regarding mine and my partners mortgages. After half an hour of going over numerous scenarios Dan provided me clarity and confidence to go into the next stages of our moving process.

Service with Michelle was 10/10
Michelle offered great service for my brother and I to buy our first property! She walked us through step by step for each process and kept us updated on steps. When we faced issues with the solicitors for exchange of contracts, she was quick to jump in and help us resolve these issues. 10/10 service
Had a very professional and smooth experience with our Mortgage Advisor Dan Quinn and his team. I was skeptical of using a mortgage advisor at first and thought we would be able to handle it all ourselves.
Having gone through the process now, thank god we chose to use an advisor! Whilst both working 9-5 you don’t realise how much there is to organise. Dan was very helpful throughout, submitted everything for us, was very responsive usually getting back to us same day, and taking the time to give us advice on almost every aspect of our house purchase. Hemal has just completed my porting application for my new home. Great experience getting my first mortgage
Dan and Holly were very responsive to all of my questions and were always on hand to explain terms to me. This was my first experience of buying a house but it was made so easy and not stressful by Dan's calmness and willingness to answer my thousands of questions!
