Bought a handy, and its worth it.. Keep up the good work

first of i struggled alot to receive the product it self bluedart was terrible.. i had to go pick it up myself.. the product was very promising but after 4-5 days it stopped working forget all the modes it switched to just one plain vibration but even that would not work most times n it turns of automatically making it very frustrating.. wasnt worth the money that was spent

They are amazing. The do what they say. Just don't go anywhere all are frauds. They are costly. But they try their best to give you the item as cheaply as possible. Because of the import duties prices are high. But still they do their best to provide that item as cheaply as possible. Because they are genuine. They dont claim selling 1 lakh item in 10k. They do their best to lower that price and they do. This is the only company in india that can do that. Thank you.

Edit : Ok after the review the company was very sweet to do a proper follow up and gave Me a full refund (where one product which I ordered was fine) but they refunded since I was unhappy with the experience .
And also a voucher which was promised in the product itself.I must tell the customer care is amazing if not flawless.And most about the customer care is Hits and very less misses.So a thums up from My end.Ill not only be a customer but might recommend to people whom I can discuss similar stuff.

Ok I thought of giving 3 star initially but cutting one star because of a customer care feedback stating that the gift card is only applicable if I give a very good review of imbesharam on trustpilot.
What I liked about the site
1)Good Customer Care.Most of the times I get fast replies.
2)Most of the times,I get proper information of the products I have asked for.
3)The 2 products I ordered got delivered faster than within 48 hours.
Negative sides:
1)The return and refund policy is absolutely weird and makes no sense at all.If one doesn't see the product itself how can someone understand if it works or if it doesn't.I have used double penis ring and it's very good but this one is almost useless.
2)Proper usage of products or how to use them is no where mentioned graphically.
3)Dimensions aren't written clearly on the front it's somewhere mentioned in tiny letters somewhere deep inside reviews.
4)while most of the customer care answers are good,but sometimes the answers are very generic and copy pasted from the description
5)And the customer care telling Me that I have to give only a good review to get the mentioned gift card.However no where it was written the same in the card that I have to omg give a good review to get 500 discount in My next order.Thats blatant dishonesty right.
But then she told that they aren't manufacturers but only e commerce aggregators. Just a feedback.

the product (Master Series Detained soft body chastity cage) was loose and lacked a proper locking system, even though the word ‘keyholder’ was used in the description. part of that was my fault—I had earlier ordered the 2.0 version of the same toy, which fit better. when i was offered this version as a faster replacement (3–4 days vs 30+), i agreed. it was my first toy of this kind, and i rushed. i opened it without Her approval, and was rightly reprimanded.

imbesharam’s support team, however, is excellent—fast replies, helpful interaction, and very professional. both of us were impressed.

the only drawback is the limited selection of toys in this category, and the long delivery times for most. if imbesharam expands their inventory and keeps more items ready for dispatch, it will set a strong standard in this space. their support is already far ahead of most sites—improving availability and reducing wait times would only strengthen their lead. that’s why i gave 3 stars—not because of the people (support team), who were wonderful, but because of the product’s fit and the limited options on the site.
