Part of my order did not arrive
Part of my order did not arrive. When I contacted ImaginFires I was told it was out of stock, despite showing as in stock when I ordered.
The item was not due back in until 3 months time, but if I hadn't contacted customer support I would not have been told this at all.
Edit: Full refund received for the logs before posting this review. I should have included that

Very impressed
I live in Orkney which is a veeeeery long way from Imaginfires in London, but my Breedon stove arrived in 4 days. Fantastically well packed in plywood, 10 minutes to set up and quite hypnotically beautiful to watch. I was a bit worried about the slightly unpleasant smell, but that seems to be just the stove paint hardening and disappeared after a few days. We've always had multifuel stoves, but I'm genuinely impressed by my new fire. So much less work than a woodburner but still with that lovely cosy feeling.

Thank you so much for this detailed and glowing review! We are delighted to hear that despite the distance to Orkney, your Bredon stove arrived safely and quickly.
We appreciate you sharing your experience with the initial smell from the fire, it is just the fuel box bedding in.
We completely agree—getting that 'lovely cosy feeling' with so much less work than a multi-fuel stove is exactly the experience we aim to provide. Enjoy the beautiful flame effect, and thank you for choosing Imaginfires!"
Quick deliveryband decent product…
Quick deliveryband decent product quality of our recent purchase of Bioethanol fire
But the smell is not disappearing and how difficult it could be to include technology a remote control to lower the flame size

Odpowiedź od Imaginfires
Thank you for your feedback. We are happy with the quick delivery and product quality, but we apologize that the smell hasn't disappeared. This usually resolves after the first few uses. If you are still having problems with the smell please contact our customer service team support@imaginfires.com
We also appreciate your suggestion for a remote control feature and will take that into account for future product development.
