Website is clearly a scam, they take money and they say they completed the order, in fact they don't even read the delivery details you give.

WHY THIS FRAUDOLENT WEBSITE IS STILL ACTIVE????

Do not trust this site. I ordered from them and they never completed my order. Even though it listed "enough stock" when I ordered and after. I contacted the live chat several times, but all they did was give me the run around. Ignoring me in chat or stating the coins will come "soon". Save your money and look elsewhere.

My 9 year old son bought fifa coins from these evil scum bags, out of his Easter money, after his xbox wasn't credited I messaged them, I was told his account would be credited shortly, 24 hours later is hasn't been, I wish I checked the reviews first before allowing my son to go ahead with this purchase !! lesson learnt !

hello im 13 years old and i coming from denmark i got a youtube channel called FSMPLAYS, and me and my friends want to make a packopening for youtube so i got over to the website called igsky.com, and i have bought an account with points on this website and i got the account but with no fifa points on it? and every time i try to speak to them, they said "the account is fine" so DONT! buy anything on that website we need to close that down! the service is just so bad! and just think about how much money people pay for 0 fifa points!

hi there my name is linzi , i bought my son £90 worth of fifa 16 coins well tbh it was his christmas money that was saved and he asked to use my card to buy these coins which like anyone else said yes , my son got recommended this page online (prob their own pr). so i purchased the coins got my successful confirmation email , receipt that they had been paid so was just waiting on the coins however i kept getting an email saying click on this link to verify account so eventually after 6 times of verifying this , having verifications turned on and off, new back up codes provided, the said i would receive my coins however 2 hours later received the same email to verify account with this link ?????? so there i was again on the live chat which was a waste of time as kevin just wasn't interested and kept leaving the chat open without saying anything after they realised it was a complaint , andy tried to help i even gave him the password to the ea server to try get in and they end up blocking my son (which was sorted in minutes though) thank god then i had jade who told me i hadn't paid ??? are you joking me !!! i had to send her a copy of receipt and she still said no payment sons phoned my bank and they confirmed that skrill micgold had been paid £89.97 from my account , whilst on the live chat to jade i told her what the bank said and then i sent the confirmation to another email address and she still insists no payment so i was back onto my bank and they said tell her we are going to open a dispute with them so i did and she never answered me back. i was still in the chat so i tried to speak to her another 4 times to a message been put upon the screen you're no longer in a chat session !!!! so this has been 3 days and now 3 days of hassle for my bank to receive the monies back which their not fussed about as its been paid but all this hassle for coins for peoples games if you can't give the service then don't trade , simples!!!!! my son only 12 so 3 days feels like a lifetime he was getting up in the morning , then in from school , are they in now mum , then he was upset that i had my money took out the bank as he knows its a lot of money. anyway sorry for the big rant but i thought i would let u guys know what it was like in a full story before you thought about purchasing from this company.

This company is a complete scam that charges you and does not provide the service. Their online chat is pointless with the most unhelpful and illiterate operators. You cannot contact them other than via email and the website is shocking. Hopefully they will be more pro-active when the financial conduct authority and fraud investigation team via contact them. Do not be duped in to using this website, shut them down!

I purchased 96000 Fifa 16 points on 31.12.15 and then spent 3 days contacting the online support as I could not access the points. After 3 days I requested a refund and their reply was 'sorry I cant' and that was the whole response. I have been loyal to this company for a long time and this was my son's Christmas savings so the points were his whole Christmas present. Very poor support and disgusting customer care. Any ideas anyone on how to resolve this as Igsky can see the points on the account they provided but I cant see them

I have had a nightmare for the past 12 hours due to this company. I am in the US, and use Bank of America, thank God, because not only did the site say it didn't accept (which i knew the money was there) but the 6 times i tried, they tripled the attempt to get the funds. This was a present for my son, so it put fraud blocks all over the place. I went to live chat last night with "Carlos" then "Timberland", what a joke that was, first could not type more than 3-4 words at a time to me, and kept telling me, try tomorrow, try again, When i asked why it was happening, carlos asked me why it was happening? seriously, a robot that repeats? Do not not not not not not buy from this company unless you want to have all your information blocked (yes, i tried a credit card as well, fraud block also.)

I placed an order of 5,000,000 FIFA Coins, to then be told (after payment) i need to send photos of my Driving Licence and my bank card. I did not oblige by this and immediately informed my bank and changed my email passwords etc.

After about 4 days of constant contact with the Live chat, i finally got through to the "manager", she claimed that the live speakers should not be doing this His name was Timberland, he constantly asked for these despite me saying it is breaking the law etc. I eventually got my coins but was told i could not be refunded.

After 30 days i filed a complaint through Paypal and got my money back.

I tried to by coins for fifa 16 for around £60-£70- within two days my fifa account had been hacked, and a few days beyond that the money was taken from my account. I then tried to get a refund, but you can only talk to a bot. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. FIND ANOTHER, EVEN IF IT SEEMS TO BE MORE EXPENSIVE. JUST BECAUSE A YOUTUBE RECOMMENDS IT DOES NOT MEAN IT IS SAFE.

My little brother ordered the coins On my old mans account and didnt receive his coins.

When I had a look at it, the email address and 'splash' page they sent him to, to retrieve the coins was in Japanese (I think!) and as I've reviewed websites before I noticed something was up.

Stuck the company + review into Google and sure thing there are other people haven't received the coins.

Sometimes these companies tend to provide a bit-part service to people to make it look like they're half reputable. Truth is a lot of these companies are scams.

My brother told me he was search for 'cheap' coins - LESSON LEARNED I THINK!

I ordered 1.1 million coins on a comfort trade but waited 3 days and still didn't get my coins. This website is a total scam, they take your money quick enough and don't give you your coins in return! Also their customer service is poor! I don't recommend this website and its services

no problems, I gave the right details and my fifa coins were delivered in perfect timing

I ordered 2 weeks ago, and a week later it still hadn't been completed, so i asked for a refund. The support said they weren't authorised to give a refund and I'd have to wait for their boss to get back from holiday. Today, 2 weeks after i placed the order, their boss still isn't back (that's understandable) but I talked to someone this morning and they said they'd give me a refund if i agreed to pay the 5% fee. I have no intention of paying the fee, because I haven't done anything wrong. I also never agreed to pay it and now Lisa has refunded me and says I HAVE to pay it. Having said that, their coin orders have been alright, but don't order the gta money, and don't expect the support to solve anything, they'll either tell you to wait, or assume things you've never said. OR INSULT YOU. (She eventually resorted to telling me I'm annoying when I tried to pick her up about some of the lies)

Don't entertain using this company. They send you log-in details that do not exist & the customer service is a joke, as they just dump you when you ask them pressing questions.

I bought an account with one million coins on it and it gave me an account with 17k coins that was being used buy another person. I payed $45 for these coins and got nothing. Thanks IGsky!

I bought FIFA coins and paid via paypal, I didn't get a confirmation email with a reciept, I then saw this website and their bad reviews so I went straight to paypal and opened a case with them about not recieving a reciept, online chat is awful btw. They then eventually replied when I put in the description of the online chat about opening a case on paypal and then I got my coins. I would recommend paying via paypal as then you have a company that will stop the money going to them until the case is closed so they will definitely reply and give you your coins.
