Recipient told me they were beautiful. Delivered on time.

There were only 6 roses and a few blooms for the price. (£38.99) Quite disappointed as gifted to someone for a Golden anniversary and I went for the medium size expecting to have a few more blooms than the picture they sent me to say thank you. If I had gone for the small bouquet (£36.99) I don’t know what they would have received!

Quick and painless review time. I ordered some flowers for an event. The flowers did not arrive on the day I asked them to & no one has ever responded to my email and chat is always unavailable.

Flowers don't look anything like the photo on the website. They were delivered up side down, some of the heads had fallen off.

The flowers looked nothing like the ones showing on their website. Will not buy from them again.

I bought the Flowers from your Website at the cost of £40 to cheer my wife up on the Anniversary of losing both Parents on the same day to Covid exactly 1 year ago.

Upon opening them she was greeted with half a dozen flowers that looked like they'd come from the local Garage and was by far in superior to a bunch that could be purchased for £5 at a local Supermarket, they in no way resembled the Photo on your Website.

To make matters worse your Customer Services department have not even acknowledged my complaint, I do hope others read this and do not make the same mistake of using you.

The flowers are falling down after few hours i bought the medium sweet scent delivered on 24th of April already pale and today i wakeup with the flowers pale. Was worth the price for one day worth of flowers? No was not as i had a delivery from fredy’s flowers and the flowers are still fresh since Monday. So having flowers dying after one day is a huge red flag

I met up with the recipient of my bouquet and she told me that it was beautiful! Some in bud, some open but that she had been overjoyed with it.

Delivery was earlier than expected and recipient was very pleased with the flowers.

Flowers arrived on requested day, I was kept informed.

Rubbish, worth half the cost of what it was supposed to be and incorrect description of intended bouquet.

The flower bouquet I chose was called PURPLE passion. I chose this as this is the recipients favourite colour. There was one purple flower in it. An astromeria apparently. The recipient identified it since, ironically, she's a trained florist. Therefore, without telling her how much I paid, I asked her in her professional opinion what she thought that particular bouquet was worth at rrp and she said around £20-25. It was actually supposed to be £49 worth.

There is no way this bouquet is worth £49.95. This is a total scam. Could have purchased in Marks & Spencer for £15. Would definitely not recommend as definitely feel I was ripped off.

Although the flowers I ordered came on time I am very disappointed in the quality. I ordered a bunch of red roses that didn't even last 3 days. Wife wasn't happy. 🤔
