Disappointed
I used them before and it was OK so decided to order again from them.
I chose the extra large bouquet for £60 but was disappointed when flower arrived. It wasn't extra large at all and in Sainsbury's I could have bought this size bouquet for £20...
Delivery was OK but price for the bouquet is way too expensive and will think twice to order again.

Lack of thought
The package was left on the doorstep in the rain and recipient was in.
Also, I chose a medium bunch of which only consisted of 6 flowers and nowhere near the standard picture depicted.
very disappointed is an understatement considering of our personal circumstances of not being able to travel.

Flowers delivered to a friend
I only ordered flowers on Monday with a mix up online.. But the delivery was perfect both bunches I ordered were beautiful.... Wouldn't go to anyone else for online flowers.... This company is just perfect and flowers always beautiful too xmx

"Absolutely beautiful"
I haven't seen the flowers but the recipients told me they are absolutely beautiful and they're delighted with them. Delivery was spot on too.

Beautiful flowers
Beautiful flowers so easy to order they were well packaged and delivered on time the flowers very fresh and mostly not fully opened so they will look great in a few days just right for Christmas

Poor value for money
The quality of the flowers was fine but the size of the bouquet for the price paid was terrible. I paid £50 for a bouquet I could have bought for £15 in a supermarket, or £20-25 in a local florist. Gift was for wife's 50th and I was very disappointed.

Very poor bouquet
When I placed my order it did not show in my account and I didn't receive an order confirmation so I had to fill in a 'contact us for' on the website. Thankfully I received a quick reply with a confirmation of the acceptance of the order.
I ordered a large bouquet of flowers and when they arrived I can only describe them as the size you would buy in a supermarket for £10.
Very disappointed and won't be using iflorist again.

Ordered a large bunch of flowers and was most disappointed to see the end result. I would not like to see what would have arrived with the small option! Not worth the money.

Aunty's Birthday Bouquet
I ordered a £40 bouquet for my Aunty's 91st birthday. The flowers did not arrive until 6.00 pm when her birthday was nearly over. The bunch was not very large for the money I paid and the greenary accompanying the flowers was rather dry.
I have used iflorist on a number of occasions and they have, until now, been great. I do like the user friendly on-line ordering system but, on this occasion, their service fell short of my expections.
