after 3 tries,, I finally received my belt.. the fit was good,, at first, I had ordered a white belt,, I didn't receive it only to find out later that it was out of stock, so then I was ask to choose another color,, I chose BLUE only to receive green,,, finally, I received a blue one,, and the fit is good!! thank you

They are as described. The package came wrapped like fort knox. The dumbells are well made and heavier than I expected. I got the 66 lbs because of my husband and he loves them. This was worth the money...

I am still waiting for my brother to put the bike together. I will give you my review once I ride it at that time. I love the bike it's stylish and compact for easy moving.

The wrong plates were shipped. I ordered (2) 5 kg plates and received (2) 15 kg plates which are way too heavy for my needs. Please ship the correct order that was purchased.

I requested an itemized receipt and never got instructions on how to proceed. Delivery was exceptional and on time.

I thought it would be easy to get up on it but it isn't for me. I know this is my situation but one of the selling points was that it was suitable for all types. Also the foot pedals are awful and have to adjust to their awkwardness. I won't be returning it as my son can use it. But for me, it will take awhile to adapt.

I bought the bike for my daughter but the seat is shaking..I can't use it so, i try to contact them but they don't respond. they have a phone number but that`s not a useful number(972-222-6030)Google phone number..they don`t answer.I'm not trying to return it..I want to know how we can solve this problem. but they don't have any responsibility..they just sell it and disappear. I have to trash it. so bad company they are.
