Ordered a necklace in November, still not received it. Numerous emails sent and numerous promises made, never received. Sent a tracking number which was did not actually exist. Read all reviews very carefully before your order

I absolutely love my Amalia Personalized chain from ICYSZN! It’s so pretty and sparkly🤩 I ordered it all the way from NYC so I was a little skeptical but once it shipped, it came really fast. Customer service was also very prompt as well. 10/10!

I’ve seen previous reviews regarding not receiving orders and tracking numbers not working, but personally had no problems at all! Ordered myself a necklace and came within 1-2 business days as stated. Ordered another for my friends birthday and that also came on time with all correct tracking details! As mentioned it’s a small business so things may go wrong but I personally love their products and will be purchasing more!

This is the second time that I have ordered from ICY SZN and I can truly say that they are a wonderful company. The Kai chain is stunning and what I have been looking for in a cuban link chain for years. They even went out of their way to order me a custom size at no extra cost. Lovely company & lovely jewellery.

Don’t ever order anything from this company don’t be fooled I paid lot money for personalised necklace and they kept coming up with excuses I’ve send them email everyday and got ignored then they send ‘ tracking number by Royal Mail ‘ which don’t even work so it’s obviously fake I even emailed them I was worried ordering from them as every review I read was so so bad but they said they are small business etc absolutely horrendous and taking money from people this company needs to get removed reported it’s fake can’t just take your money and don’t send you the items you have paid for please don’t order from this company I’ve learned the hard way unfortunately!

Something doesn’t sit right with this Company no items received, money gone out of the bank which shows Rochdale FC telephone Number and address but on investigation on Companies House it’s in Oldham at an address to an Accountant aswell so come on Jessica (Director) where you at?

Do not reply to emails, when they do they promise stuff they can not deliver. Told me my order would be shipped on 30th May and I'd receive an email. Not received the order or an email or even an update.

All i want is an update and explanation. I have used previously and have previously recommended, however they must have made some changes, because they are useless now. Will be seeking legal advice

Since doing a charge back - I got a response within 24 hours and the order is now being shipped. If they could sort shipping times and responding back to customers, it would be a really good company, as the products are good quality

Scam company. Never received my order and ignored all my emails I sent asking about it

I placed an order for a personalized necklace. The site lists that the item ships in 6-7 weeks. After 10 weeks, I emailed to inquire about my order and did not receive a response. I emailed again a the following week and even messaged them on their social media accounts. They were not responsive at all so I disputed the charge with my bank. That same night they had the item shipped out. If I had not disputed the charge I don’t think I would’ve ever received my item. Never shopping with through this site again.

Horrible jewelry company! I’ve been waiting MONTHS! Like literally months for my order to come in. I bought 2 necklaces, a personalized necklace and a choker. They sent out the personalized necklace and said they will send the choker in later. I’m waiting for my other order to deliver and I email them asking when will the choker be mailed out. They sent me the tracking number to the personalized necklace that I had already got and now they won’t email me back. It’s been 4 months and at this point I’m disputing it to my bank and reporting them to Citizen Advice Consumer Service AND gov.uk to get them shut down. They messed with the wrong one tbh

Honestly regret buying from here because they take the absolute mick. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced; I placed an order and after almost 3 weeks I had not received it! Tried contacting them via email, and they don’t reply. I left it 5 days, and they’ve still not replied. The worst part is, I was really looking forward to their items and even tried messaging on social media and they didn’t reply either. Found that really suspicious and SLY, as they had replied to messages before when I was wanting to order. That’s not how you treat PAYING customers. Disgusting.
I had to report to Klarna that I hadn’t received my items, but they can’t investigate until it surpasses 21 days.
On top of that, the AUDACITY for them to not even accept returns and they hide it in a segment of their website and didn’t realise until afterwards. Honestly, fix up your service or don’t be such a btec company.
Update: commented on their post about my experience seeing as they had no decency to reply to emails and dms, and they DELETED my comment and turned commenting off their posts. It’s giving pathetic. 🥱

Awful, stay away from this brand. I ordered a personalised necklace and they spelled the name wrong due to an error on their end and now they won’t refund or replace when their policy says they will replace. They are also now blanking my messages. £50 wasted.
