I have received 2 orders from Ice Alpines recently, and have been extremely happy with the quality of the plants. They have all been a good size, and very healthy. The packaging is exceptional, almost no soil is lost in transit, and the plants are very well protected with recyclable materials. The delivery time is as advertised on their site. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and will definitely be using them again. Thank you Ice Alpines for making my garden even more beautiful!

I orderd a couple of sedums (sedum kamschaticum Variegatum) as I was planting up a gravel border around a new pond.
They arrived well packaged (in paper, which is great).
They have been in the ground for about 3 weeks now and are thriving.

Very healthy little plants of a decent size. Highly impressed with the clever idea of placing a paper cup over the top of the pot. Kept the plants in perfect condition during carriage. And delivery was prompt. My garden doesn't have much scope for alpines but I'll try harder to find a spot for some more now! Highly recommended.

I'm AMAZED. This has to be the very best alpine supplier in the UK - certainly for me. EXCELLENTLY CARED FOR plants - all 53 (yes, I went crazy with the choice) were in outstanding condition and beautiful. Not your run-of-the-mill standard Alpine mix and no repeats in the 3 collections of 10 plants (although I wouldn't have minded - these are to go in several locations).

They were individually paper and cup wrapped and sent well protected - I was scared that there'd be the usual casualties in transit - but not one. Also sent with useful information and aftercare sheets.

Well grown little plants arrived in perfect condition and scarcely 48 hours after I ordered them; also beautifully packed using newspaper and paper cups for protection. I was very impressed and would definitely buy from Ice Alpines again.

Ice Alpines have a good web site with clear information and photos of their available plants.
The ordering process was easy and I received my plants really quickly. I have sourced alpine plants from a number of nurseries and I would say that the ones I received from Ice Alpines appear to be among the best I have had. I would certainly source plants from them again.

Nice varieties that you won't find in a garden centre. Came quickly in good condition and adequately packaged. Grown old style in loam based compost so smaller, tougher and better than you find in garden centres. This is a proper nursery do not mistake it for online sellers that just buy a plug and repackage it

This is a great company - I bought several Helianthemum by mail order- the plants all arrived beautifully packed in their pots with cardboard cups to protect the tops. All so carefully done the whole package exuded the sense of love and care this nursery has for both its plants and its customers. I got the plants out as soon as they arrived and within a couple of days are already looking twice the size! Thank you Ice Alpines!
