The staff was very helpful. The products are the exact same things I saw online. They are adorable and very cute. It just took awhile, 2-3 weeks, but they help you track your package and sees that it arrives at your home. Great service, would shop again here.

Still waiting on my order to be shipped 2 weeks after my husband placed my order and already got charged too!!! Dont know if i will ever receive my order or get a response back from their horrible customer support so far we have been receiving the same automated generic response claiming that there is a pandemic in Beijing. I would not recommend ever

Company has very poor customer service. I requested a return label and all they indicated was that I have to return it myself because I bought two by mistake. Did not even have the decency to email me a label for the return address.

I have four iphone cases are really good love it, this shop is optimal the people who work there are very nice! I recommend it!!

The delivery was kind of quick, if it wasn’t because I made an error in my address it could’ve been quicker. The product was in really good condition! And the overall quality is really unexpected and agreably surprising. The only little problematic thing is that at some moment I couldn’t really understand if the price was in Canadian dollar or not, and after, I saw that it wasn’t so the price I saw was in American dollar so it costed a little more to me. But except this, it was pretty much a good experience.

I’ll definitely buy something next time!

I ordered a lipstick and a mystery box and each came with a little sticky note pad as a free gift! Ibentoy has extremely cute products and I will definitely order from them again and I recommend shopping here!

The products all look exactly like how the photos do and they are super high quality. Amazing customer service. The shipping took a while but I am in Canada so that might be why. Overall amazing shop.

I bought some iPhone cover from the shop and they arrived after almost a month. They were perfect! Unfortunately one of them arrived with a tiny problem because of the logistic transport, but I wrote immediately an e-mail to the owner of the shop and helped me on sending another cover of the same type (obviously without paying again for that). I’m super happy and satisfied!

They send an email saying that my address was temporarily unavailable but they haven’t given me a refund.

I placed an order and was charged, and then I got an email saying my order was canceled. I was not given any explanation as to why this happened. Then I was only refunded a dollar when I paid $2.99 plus shipping.

Had trouble at the start but customer service pulled through

I thought i would buy a nice pair of contact lenses and a lip stick for a decent price, but at the end i got scammed.
The price said 15€ for the contacts and 5€ for the lipsticks, aka 20€ in total - but the website didnt show me at the checkout that there were 5€ shipping costs (which i would be fine with) but another 5€ for taxes? Are you kidding me? You should include the tax price in your product price like every other company?! AND you should show those extra prices at the checkout and not AFTER!
Havent seen such a scam in a long time :) im happy i didnt buy more than that!
