Customer service is on point with their quick and helpful responses. I always come back to this shop for their phone cases. Not only are their designs aesthetically pleasing but also durable. I'm so clumsy my poor phone goes through so many drops but never a scratch on it thanks to the cases.

I bought 2 pairs of color contacts. They arrived almost a month later, the quality of the product isn’t like what you see on the pictures. I understand each person color can be different but this product isn’t worth your money at all.

My husband bought 6 collectibles, they were in good condition & arrived at a timely manner. I’m only giving 4-stars because some of the boxes were damaged. We are happy with the quality of the products, & will definitely purchase more from you! Thank you!

I got the order few days ago.. I love the color lenses and looks so elegant.. what wrong is I can’t see because they are -250. I asked to re order to non prescription to 0. They said they will give me 15% discount to order .

I got a blush stick and a make up brush, as well as contacts but ended up returning them because of personal reasons. I was sketchy about this website, but apon arrival the products looked legit and the quality was good as well. It took a while to receive, but when returning back my package the customer service was so nice and quick to respond! I would say make sure ur 100% sure what u wanna buy tho cuz shipping it back was a bit of a hustle but at least it got back there in the end. I would totally recommend this website as long as you aren't ordering in a hurry

This company is the best selling online company, most companies from china are scammers but not this one, I bought from them 5 times now and every time I got my product as It was described on their website. I was in the US and I ordered from them, but because of their spring holidays the order would take longer and I was leaving the US, so I contacted their customer service and they took my New address where I was going and they changed my address, and guess what I got my order where I traveled to. So they did a great job. Thank you Ibentoy team. I love all your products from phone cases to eye lenses. I will definitely buy again from you! 💖🎀💖

Amazing contacts!! It took a little over three weeks to get delivered, but I did receive them and I love them. Customer service was good too. I originally ordered the wrong prescription. Luckily I caught them right after I ordered and was able to get the correct prescription. They answered all my emails quickly. I was concerned they weren’t legit, but they are :)

Will definitely order here again! There's a lot of products you can choose from and they look just like on the website. It's very affordable and good quality. Customer support is also good, they reply quickly and are very helpful.

The contact lenses are so beautiful! I got the Devil fish (blue) and the Cyberpunk blue. Unfortunately the Cyberpunk blue pair came different (one eye was another shade of blue and ring didn’t match to the other eye) but I was able to reach their customer service and with their prompt reply they were able to send another pair. I’m so glad I bought from this shop and I will buy again soon! Thank you so much 💕✨
