Huge scam, got a text about two dollar Tuesday and figured what the hell, I’ll try some shorts from cheap. 6 weeks later I’m charged 20 bucks for another pair of shorts. They say you need to be billed two more additional times to cancel. They don’t even let you have an account to log on to, so you cannot even see your credit card info. I did not opt in to be charge every six weeks and there was no way out except to wait two more cycles. I don’t even like the shorts. So now I have 4 pairs of shorts still in the plastic doing me no good. What a waste of money. Do not buy from them.

When I came across the IAB with a pair of workout shorts for $9.95, I was super excited to try it out. They spout no ride shorts with their “technology”. I must say my excitement was short lived. Right after I placed my order and when I got my confirmation email, it was then that I found out they had signed me up for a subscription service without my knowledge, apparently this was in some super fine print and part of a condition for getting the first pair of shorts for 9.95. Wasn’t happy I was duped into it, but ok I’ll give it a try. Then I received the shorts, I had ordered a medium, as which usually fits me. These things were so super tight, and their no ride technology was super uncomfortable, it is nothing more than like a silicone type strip on the legs. But then you go to the website and there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! And even on top of that you are stuck to get 3 more pairs of these shorts at $19.95 every 6 weeks. So I decided to try a size large for my second pair, and I must say they fit better and weren’t nearly as uncomfortable. But the fact that I am stuck in this subscription. And the fact that they don’t make it clear when you order your initial shorts is the most irritating thing about this company. I have even been blocked from their Facebook page for making comments to that effect. Be aware of what you are getting into before making a purchase from this company.

Their return policy is not industry standard. Anything that is on promotion cannot be returned, BUT everything on their site is on promotion. They markup the price so you think you are paying for quality merchandise, but then offer you a buy one get two offer. So you think, sure, I'll add 2 more shorts for free. Now you can't return any of it! The worst is that the shorts fit funny on an athletic figure. I'm 5'9, 165, 20% body fat... My legs and butt are muscular. The shorts ride super low in the back, because there isn't enough material to cover my athletic butt. They are no good! I don't know what the models are wearing in their instagram ads, but it's not these shorts.

They get you with a sale on the shorts but then on their return page as you scroll down you later find out you have committed to 3 pairs of shorts for $20 you didn't want. When the pair showed up this week I was super confused. Hoping I can return them as I had no intentions of buying the 4 pairs I wanted PLUS 3 more pairs or another $60 in product. Cheap, sh!tty way to increase sales.

If i could give less stars i would. They didnt send my whole order and stuff didnt fit right so i wanted to return they said i could and all i did was try it on they tried to say i dirtied it and tried to give store credit for all but one and shorted me 100.00. And will not correct there mistake. I will never buy from them again. I will warn both my gyms i attend as well. And im gonna write as many reviews as i can to notify people. BEWARE!!!

I've bought shorts from them before and really liked it. I needed new ones and like others have said I ordered a few pairs and no where did it mentioned or disclosed that I would be automatically signed up for a subscription. I didn't know until I got an email confirmation for an order I did NOT place and credit card charged. I've emailed them twice already to stop this before the item was sent and haven't heard back.

Deceitful and misleading. Purchased shorts last year and loved them! Great quality and no-ride means no-ride. Then I decide to buy more shorts. The quality has changed for the worse. Also, ALL items on their website required a subscription to get their products every 6 weeks for at least three cycles. So that day, if you purchased something you were automatically signed up for the subscription.

The company didn't advertise this on their site and didn't make the terms readily available. Now, on discussion with customer support, they offer little action let alone an apology. Disappointing. Won't be buying any more things.

Unscrupulous Thieving Company took my billing information from a purchase and auto-subscribed me to their r3tard3d Membership and stole $19.81 from my bank account unknowingly and sent a pair of ugly garbage shorts to me.

I had to call my bank to refute this charge as fraudulent and unauthorized, and am awaiting the refund.
I also cancelled off my card and requested for a new one just in case this disgusting pig of a company tries to drop my unknown charges on me.
It's a good thing I realise this early if not they would have charged more throughout the months.

Guys, stay FAR away from this company., or if you're looking to purchase their stuff, make sure you call up your bank to block them off your card after that purchase because they will auto-force you into their monthly membership.

I ordered a pair of shorts and they never stopped coming, they kept charging my account and sending me shorts that I didn't purchase! The shorts aren't even my size! It's impossible to return them. I had to change my account number and replace my cards because they would not stop charging my account! it's insane what this company is getting away with.

Absolutely horrible company to work with. Fraudulent. They sign you up for subscription you don’t agree to and won’t let you cancel. I’ve reported them to the BBB and have had my bank go after them for fraud. Their customer service is so rude as well.

I do not advise anyone. It's just a disgusting service. Almost impossible return and total dissatisfaction

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! THEY CHARGED ME AND SENT ME SHORTS WITH INFORMATION I GAVE ON MY FIRST PURCHASE WITHOUT MY CONSENT! AND WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

That’s Fraud!!

This company uses deceptive and fraudulent practices in signing people up for this subscription service. While using a "free pair, pay only for shipping" lure, they continue to send you things that 1. You never signed up for, 2. Don't fit and there is nothing you can do to change that, 3. Don't allow you to change or cancel because NO ACCOUNT WAS EVER CREATED OR IS ON RECORD.
This is a fraud. Don't be lured by the "free" deal. You can just buy online at a major retailer and return for a different size if they don't fit. Company gets an F rating. I wish I had looked here before ever going to their website.

Do not ever sign up for the $10 a month subscription. I'm getting charged 20bucks for a pair of shorts every months and I have been promised countless of times by customer service that it'll be canceled after the third pair. Still getting charged and this business sucks

If there was a zero star rating this company would get it. Terrible and deceptive purchasing options and have to spend more money "to be allowed to cancel". You will not be happy, different cut, length and fabric composition, shotty sewing and YES, they do ride. They have a fantistic advertising campaign and have roped in many a crossfit soul. Do not waste your time

These are amazing! They are great for working out in and just using to lounge in. I use them for both. I have purchased several pairs. I like the 3 inch for working out in and I like the 5 inch for casual wear. I have purchased both no slip grip and regular. Both are amazing. I ordered a large in all pairs. They fit perfectly. I love the high waist. They are true to size. I highly recommend these if you hate shorts that ride up when you workout!!

Put an item in my cart and left it there. 100% did NOT sign up for e-mails or text messages and yet have found myself spammed left and right with both! I never even purchased a product from this company and now I never will. Awful and unethical.

Poor Service and very unclear subscription services. Whatever you do, do not get the $10 shorts as you are stuck in an 18 week subscription with no way to cancel. Even asking for a refund will result in them trying to only give you store credit.

They don't care about customers at all. I measured and ordered according to their size and the shorts are so ill fitting--it's the worst camel toe! No one needs to see that. The shorts are brand new with tags and packaging and I offered to pay shipping and they are refusing to refund me. They want to offer store credit. Like I'm going to spend more more to return items...to then never buy anything from them ever again.

My order with IAB was lost in with USPS. The company absolutely refuses to refund or reship based on the fact that they are a small company.
