Ripoff Kona Fob Replacement Price
I have been having bad luck with keys/fobs this year so I had to pay for a replacement Kona fob in February 2025 that cost $247 (plus $175 for coding) and then I lost the same fob in July 2025 as the leather/vinyl band broke. I was quoted $895 for the replacement fob and programming (still $175) so the replacement fob is $720. So from February 2025 to July 2025, the price for the fob has increased almost 3 fold. The fob code is unique to Australia so cheaper overseas replacements will not work. What a ripoff!!

Zero stars. Peeling Paint Hyundai – I have a 2013 Hyundai i30 with paint peeling on the bonnet and starting in other areas also. Mine along with thousands of others have the same issue. There is a FB page with thousands of members here in Australia with the same issue. Hyundai refuse to fix the issue. Many other Hyundai customers are facing the same problem. The car cannot be traded or resold due to its condition and drop in value. Hyundai do the right thing and stand buy your product.

I bought a Hyundai i30 from Zupps Aspley and was shocked to find the spare tyre was totally mismatched — wrong size, wrong nuts, and not roadworthy. When I had to use it, it damaged my front wheel badly and I had to pay nearly $1,000 to fix it.
This was not a small mistake — it could have been dangerous. I feel completely misled and unsafe, and the dealership didn’t take responsibility. I’ve raised it with Fair Trading and hope others will check carefully before trusting Hyundai or this dealer.
Good car but bad customer service and tech.
Looks like they have bunch of kindergarteners work in their IT teams. Everything they send to me looks very suspicious. Surveys after surveys for what? Call me I'll explain how you can provide best experience for the customer. Let alone the tech, a privacy screen was part of the car that was missing when I brought the brand new car from Berwick Hyundai. I only realize that it comes with the car when I spoke with my friend who bought the same car. Never a Hundai again and never from Berwick Hyundai. Good product but bad service and bad tech.

Je ne demande pas une prise en charge complète à Hyunday France mais au moins les pièces à fournir pour la réparation. Pour ce qui est de la main d'œuvre aucun problème je la prendrais à ma charge . Hoy 16 de Mayo han sacado nuestro coche con la grúa de la empresa a la calle.
Entro funcionando, con la itv pasada y le llevamos porque se encendía un testigo, después de un mes, dicen que no verifican unidades de control de más de 10 años y que el coche, para lavarlo, desconectaron fuente de alimentación y ya no puede volver a funcionar. Además si no lo sacan a la calle costaría 13€ diarios dejarlo dentro de la empresa.
El concesionario es Domingo Alonso, que vergüenza que haya empresarios así en el país. Santa Fe 7327BRN.

My car electric motor was broken and hyundai dealers autobassadone Vantaa wasted 2 months to fix it because they received the wrong part from hyundai officials and they have to send it back and forth I have paid a high price to fix it because their motor warranty was over they say it was a honest mistake but i lost 2 months salary because of their honest mistake as i couldnt work. Hyundai doesnt even responds to the complaint because they doesnt want to compensate on their honest mistake because i have lost everything

Refused to cover included Roadside service as had not yet had the car serviced. Bought in Sep 24'. Hundreds of dollars had to be spent on RACQ. Terrible Company.

Had the most pathetic experience dealing with Werribee Hyundai. Highly unprofessional staff, who would not hesitate to waste your time to make money. After agreeing to a price over the phone, they made me drive over an hour and started negotiating again. Unbelievable attitude and overly priced cars. Please stay away for your own sake.
Hyundai Tuscon 2.0 turbo diesel
Almost had a serious accident due to turbo blowing on a 2 year old hyundai Tuscon.
Hyundai customer service is the worst we have ever experienced.
Our Hyundai Tuscon has been off the road due to faulty manufacturer faults and no support at all from hyundai, no replacement vehicle, no updates, no transparency.
Very dangerous vehicles could break down anytime. Major concern and could cause horrific, life threatining injuries and death if it happens on major roads.
Do not expect what Hyundai promises especially when it comes to customer care.

I own a i40 station wagon. It has presented with transmission problems. I have read up that this is a common occurrence with Hyundai’s. I contacted Service and was told that I would have to pay first and only if the fault was manufacturing would they consider fixing it. I will never purchase an Hyundai ever again.
Got called STUPID by Service Manager…
Got called STUPID by Service Manager Hyundai Melville WAI just picked up my vehicle which was supposed to have Diagnostic testing carried out on the usb port for Apple car play as I was getting a message on my phone after it had been through the car wash or had been in rain. Message said liquid detected in lightning connector. I discussed this when booking it in and showed message to the Service Advisor .
I was charged $190 for diagnostic testing but they could not provide me with a report that said no errors although they claimed that that was the conclusion.
I was disputing payment with the Service Manager who I will not name at this point. Needless to say his wife who booked me in this morning is the Assistant Service Manager and I showed the error notice on my phone to her.
During my discussion with the Manager, he became heated and said that I was TOO STUPID to understand what diagnostic testing is and to understand that the issue is because of the phone or lightning cable.
He became quite aggressive and angry and continued to insult me.
If I am too stupid to know what the message meant, how did they not know and advise me before wasting a full day and $190.00.
I reluctantly paid the account and left being told never to return. 😅😅No chance of that happening.
I am a 70 year old Pensioner and don’t appreciate being spoken to like this.
Warranty Claims are like going to a Casino
As Hyundai Australia only reimburse dealers for fixing items under warranty, if they can't find an issue to fix they charge you a "diagnostic" fee of $210. So if you have a warranty issue, say a fuel smell in the car for over 6 months, and they can't find an issue to fix, they charge you for looking. Therefore, they charge you for their incompetence in finding out what is causing an issue. The DCT transmission has had known issues. The dealer services manager knew exactly what conditions caused my issue. It was reversing out my driveway. Hyundai's warranty solution was to tell me to back the car into my driveway so I did not have to reverse out. Again they found no issue to fix so Diagnostic fee would apply.

Back window tint bubbles Hyundai Morley Western Australia refuse to repair it because it must be done by the manufacturer after year . Talk about changes in customer service lately how can my other car get done with the same problem 3 years after I bought it and not this one I think it’s been a change of customer care and support have notice the difference at this dealership.Told them after this is my last Hyundai I buy was told fine by us I only have bought 4 in the last 12 years Think Hyundai has lost its customer service care I don’t need to be told look at the back of tint window book after all it becomes not save car to drive if you can not see out of you’re revision mirror because the bubbles are so bad you supplied it you’re responsible for the tint support to be life time warranty on the tint that was the sale pitch at the time of purchase. Very disappointed how customer care can change over a few dollars more I have notice the difference it’s time to bypass Hyundai very disappointing.

Jeg skriver for at udtrykke min utilfredshed med den service, der er blevet leveret af jeres Hyundai-forhandler i Danmark. Jeg købte en ny Hyundai i30 i februar 2019. Desværre udviklede bilen et motorproblem den 15. januar 2023. Jeg kontaktede den udpegede Hyundai-agent, og efter en betydelig forsinkelse fik jeg min bil tilbage i maj 2023.
Beklageligvis opstod det samme motorproblem igen i februar 2024. På trods af adskillige løfter fra forhandleren har jeg stadig ikke fået min bil tilbage. Denne lange forsinkelse har haft alvorlige konsekvenser for min forretning, da jeg bruger bilen til min køreskole og har mistet mange kunder på grund af den utilstrækkelige service.
Nu får jeg ingen respons fra forhandleren. Forhandleren lovede mig for 5 uger siden via telefon, at bilen ville blive returneret inden for 3 til 4 uger, men jeg har ikke hørt noget siden.
Derudover har jeg fortsat betalt forsikring og vægtafgift, mens bilen har været på Hyundai-værkstedet, hvilket har øget min frustration.
Denne situation har skabt stor stress for mig og min familie. Mine venner og familie har rådet mig til at tage juridiske skridt og kontakte medierne for at sætte fokus på denne uretfærdige behandling og dårlige service. Men før jeg tager sådanne skridt, kontakter jeg jer direkte for at anmode om jeres indgriben i sagen.
Jeg beder jer venligst opfordre jeres forhandler i Danmark til straks at fuldføre de nødvendige reparationer og returnere min bil, så jeg kan genoptage mit arbejde.
Jeg håber på en hurtig og positiv løsning og ser frem til at høre fra jer snarest.

Motorfair dealership for Hyundai service and parts department are incompetent, lacking in customer care, unattentive,overly expensive to the point of being a rip-off, ignoring demands of customers. Trying to talk to someone who will actually help is impossible. They are fine when selling you new or second hand car but as soon as they have your money the false care stops. I have bought 3 cars from Motorfair but will not even buy a Hyundai again let alone from them.

I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid. The sales lady ’Bernie’ was knowledgeable, friendly and made the purchase hassle free, and the team there did a great job of sourcing the vehicle I wanted. I would deal with them without hesitation. Back in 2007 I purchased a Toyota from them and they made the experience positive also
Now as for the vehicle-
I bought the top of the range ‘caligraphy’, and that vehicle is amazing. There is so much useful tech to experience, it’ll make you smile guaranteed.
Every aspect of this SUV has been designed for not just the driver, but all passengers too.
Build quality is first class, and although the promised fuel consumption is slightly higher than advertised, you have to consider that the vehicle is new and bedding in, and possibly driving style will contribute to fuel usage being very slightly higher, it’s still a very commendable figure.
What you get for the price is an amazing vehicle. Outside noise suppression is stunning. Passenger comfort is spot on. Even the dreaded third row has much better than average room for the larger adult.
Comfort is tremendous. Even on average roads the suspension just eats up the bumps.
I’ve been driving for many years, and the novelty of driving wore off years ago, but owning and driving this beautiful SUV has sparked me back into just loving driving this vehicle.
I can vouch for this dealerships treatment, and after sales service. At the first service, where they also needed to fit some accessories, they gave me a 2023 Hyundai Tucson hybrid free of charge for the duration of the service.
If you live anywhere in SE Qld and are contemplating a new Hyundai or Kia, do yourself a favour and give those guys a go at doing a good deal for you.
My opinion of the new hybrid Santa Fe is WOW!
