Terrible Customer Service from Keiran

My parcel was marked as delivered with a photo, but when I got home it was no where to be seen. The building I live in is very good, and people leave parcels out all of the time and nothing ever goes missing. I contacted Royal Mail, and I also contacted Keiran about this to see if anything he could do, and he just said 'it's not our responsibility once it's with the courier.' Whilst this might be the case, I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service or care when something goes missing. This was a gift for my partner's birthday, and I have paid for the item and not received it. Keiran did not seem to bat an eyelid at a disappointed customer. I've now lost the money I spent on the item and have to deal with Royal Mail, chasing it up just so I can get the gift back, and Husbandsuk don't seem to care because 'it's not their problem.'

Will not be buying from or recommending them at all.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience – I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially with it being a birthday gift.

I’d like to clarify that once an order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail, it’s considered fulfilled on our side. However, that doesn’t mean we don’t care or want to help – and I’m sorry if my earlier response came across that way.

In situations like this, Royal Mail are best placed to investigate as they have GPS tracking, delivery photos, and can speak directly with the delivery officer. That said, I’m more than happy to support you alongside this process where I can. If you haven’t already, please open a claim with Royal Mail, and feel free to send me the reference number so I can follow up from our side too.

I genuinely don’t want you to be left out of pocket or without your gift, so if this isn’t resolved promptly, please reach back out to me directly and I’ll do my best to find a fair solution.

The amazing fidget ring!!

I brought the fidget ring to try a prevent picking when driving. What a great idea,
I'm so glad I found it, the ring it great works so well and really does prevent the nasty habit that I was in.
Husbanduk is such a great customer focussed company, the chat feature was really helpful and really quick to come back with any questions. They send a ring seizer that gets refunded off the price of your order when you order the item. Thought this was a great idea. It's a proper ring seizer with all the ring seizes on it. Really good to make sure you get the right seize the first time.
Can't recommend highly enough and wish them the best of luck as they grow.
I will certainly be recommending them to anyone with the same nasty habit as I was in.

I bought a ring for my wedding

I bought a ring for my wedding. But they forgot the engraving and when I emailed them they ignored it and never replied back. The whole experience made me just sad
