I know the tool well so I expected to be satisfied, but it's so good to get service to match. I place the order one day and the next day it arrives as promised. I will look to for HSS Toolshop again for sure.

Good communication, orderred 3 x 10 packs of sanding discs, Hss rang to advise that they had a box of 36 discs at the same price, which I was pleased to accept. Arrived Next day delivery.

ordered my item at 4.18pm with standard delivery, had confirmation by 5.02pm that my order had been dispatched and it was in my hands before 9am the following morning. The angle grinder was exactly as described on the website and had been packaged very well. I received numerous emails at each stage, confirming receipt of order, dispatch, delivery time slot etc. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, not only were they the best price but the exceeded all expectations with their service A*

Purchased a Honda generator from HSS online and collected in store, whole service was excellent and as we were stuck in traffic, they even stayed open longer to ensure we could pick it up. Very helpful and service with a smile makes a huge difference

My initial telephone enquiry was dealt with very well. Along the way to the Makita drill driver being delivered very quickly I received excellent delivery updates from the courier service. I've charged both of the batteries and now need to "use it in anger"! Wow - one very pleased customer! :-)

I ordered a hoover that I had previously bought elsewhere for more money. I decided to try this company which seem to be a small UK firm, preferable over the large multinational company I'd been using, and for less money I bought the same hoover but with a cloth bag and superior accessories included. In addition, the package arrived the next day and postage was free due to spending over £100. Therefore, I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I was very happy with my buying experience; from "Searching to Checkout" it was all expertly handled - even with a delivery curveball thrown at them! AND it was the cheapest price I could find anywhere (over £100 free delivery).
Delivery was even more impressive. They named the day at Checkout. The day came - so did emails, texts and access to Carriers website with a map of where the (named) driver was in live 'action'! In the morning the carrier gave the delivery window of 1 hour (time named) and they met it as planned. Parcel well wrapped & airbags within.

After searching various websites I found the vacuum cleaner I needed at HSS Tool Shop not only the cheapest but free delivery the very next day. In future I will check the HSS website and hope to get get another great deal.
