Great to deal with, very helpful when I made a product enquiry,next day delivery free over£100.

Website was clear and easy to select goods. This appeared to be the only site on which the type of screws I required were available in packets of 10 or 15, rather than the usual pack of 100. Shipping was premium but worth it for the quick delivery.

Very quick delivery, with 1 hour time slot given for delivery which was achieved.

I wanted to buy a new angle grinder, but I didn't have a clue where best to get one. Then I heard about Hsstoolshop. They saved me a fair bit of money and the item arrived in no time, well wrapped and everything just fine.

They were great everything arrived quickly and having never heard of plastic wood I am amazed how efficient it is !

I scoured the internet and HSSTOOLSHOP.co.uk were the cheapest for this professional piece of kit. I ordered my Fein FMM250Q MultiMaster Top Plus on-line on Monday morning and it was delivered to my house in Cheshire, by tracked courier service, at lunch-time the next day. I couldn't ask for more than that. I'm well pleased.

Order the product on line and it was ready for collection the next day.

I was looking for a vacuum cleaner and I not only found a good deal on HSSToolShop, I also got a very fast and convenient delivery for free. The delivery slots are very precise (1 hour) and the driver kept me updated, so I could get on with my day without worrying that I would miss the delivery. The hoover arrived in perfect condition and within the specified time slot. Great service all round - would buy from HSSToolShop again and recommend to others!

Ordered goods online then arranged pick up. Communication was very good and goods were ready at arranged time.

A Stihl long arm hedge cutter at a good price. Ordering and planned day of collection all worked very well. My gut feeling is this company should move to larger premises with more parking, one delivery van blocked the whole entrance in and out for 10mins. The showroom should be bigger with more stock on display. I think sales would increase dramatically. On arriving it is more like visiting a loading bay at the back of a big department store all works well but you are not encourage to stay and look around, its a case of you have what you ordered and came for so now on your way. I felt I was better off on a lap top in the car park than in the shop for seeing full range of stock on view. A customer loo would be handy as I travelled 35 miles with 1.5hr delay on M25. As I said I think this is all due to inadequate premises and site and general shop layout and no criticism of good staff. I am also not sure if the shop prices are the same as the internet?
