Really good service,the attendant was very polite and helpful

I received money for a recent birthday and wanted to buy something special so decided on a new Best Watch. I looked on various websites and then finally settled on the Olivia Burton Lace watch. I ordered it on line, to be delivered to the store and received an email straight away. The next day I received another email to say it had been dispatched and then another the day after to say it had arrived in store. On arrival at the store I showed my email confirmation and the assistant brought me my watch, she asked me to try it for size, then offered to remove a few links for a better fit. Fantastic face to face service and was very helpful. The watch is beautiful and fits perfectly now. Really happy with my special present for my 50th:)

The lady who helped us choose our wedding rings was fab! This was at the Hanley Stoke On Trent store in the intu Potteries centre. Cannot remember her name unfortunately- she had green and pink hair :D

Im extremely happy with my engraved watch and the idea to have the engraving on the side by your staff member.

We went in to replace my husband's wedding ring. Paula was very attentive and professional explaining everything about the different metals etc. We didn't feel rushed or pressured when we were making our final decision. Thankyou Paula and Samuel's.
