Greeted in a friendly way
Greeted in a friendly way. Served well and with a new watch strap. Thoughtful sales assistant changed the buckle over as the watch was silver and the buckle gold; without prompting! Impressive.

Cleaning Rings
I took my wedding ring and sapphire ring into my local H Samuel store to be cleaned. The manager who served me was really helpful. He gave me a quote of how much it would cost and said the rings would be ready within the hour. I returned to find the rings ready and looking like they we new. I was very pleased and will certainly use the store again.

Very quick service. Bought a gents ring which had to be ordered due to needing larger size. Was told likely to be 5 days but received text to say item was in store following day. Very happy with service.
