Well what can I say not impressed H Samuels are not as good as I thought they were first of all I bought my fiance an engagement ring less than 12 months later the ring is starting to tarnish even though it was actually quite expensive I'm really disgusted with heat Samuels all I got was please bring the ring back in and we will replace it which is really not acceptable the ring shouldn't need replacing after less than 12 months I understand 20 years down the line but less than 12 months it shows that majority of not at the standard and I am very tempted to report this company to trading standard I definitely will never buy anything else from the store ever even though the ladies were very helpful in the store St Austell I would definitely not go back purely because the jury is never near as good as it should be.

Received a silver open heart bangle as a gift from H Samuels today. The bangle is extremely small and surely designed for a child.

As a result it won’t fit on my (average size for a woman) wrist. A complete waste of time for the person who bought it for me.

I looked online but couldn’t see this design for children yet it is such a tiny bangle. The person who bought it also can’t find the receipt so what can we do?

I really appreciated the gift but only a child could possibly fit the bangle. A complete waste of £50 for the person who bought it and extremely disappointing. Why make this bangle that is designed for women and can’t be adjusted so tiny?!

My wife and I called into the St Austell Store on Christmas Eve to purchase a watch for our daughter.
Sara served us and gave us plenty of help and advice in steering us towards the right purchase.

My partner and I went to the St.Austell store, it wasn't planned but we were so glad we did. Sara served us, she was friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and most of all, patient. Michelle was also there, also friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Great customer service by both.

I needed to get a new clasp Ona necklace that has sentimental value. The lady was really cheerful and helpful and offered me the choice of two. Within 5 minutes I was able to wear my necklace again.

Always super helpful, the ladies in St.Austell always go above and beyond. I'm a very happy customer every time and it keeps me going back

Great service & very patient staff & friendly staff, as I couldn't decide what I wanted! Got there in the end & left with the perfect earrings! 👍😊

Staff were brilliant. Manageress rude. Would not speak to me direct. Refused my pensioners discount and went shopping. When she returned I offered to phone Hunters Road but she relented gave me discount but said the discount letter was discontinued.
As stated the staff saved the day. As an ex manager I know you can only advise if you have the correct information.

Excellent service from polite and informative staff. Nothing was too much trouble the lady adjusted the strap making sure it fitted perfectly. Thanks to the staff for a enjoyable visit.
