I called into the Newcastle branch and was met with Imana. She was very attentive and helpful. She sorted me with what I was looking for. Would definitely return at some point when necessary

The Northumberland street store in Newcastle was nice and quiet, good variety selection of jewellery. All staff are really helpful and friendly and I always come away with a purchase of great quality.

Ignorant staff, not welcoming at all unlike sunderland branch where they the opposite, being from newcastle i think it's bad

Took my daughter in for her 2nd ear piercing and couldnt have met more welcoming staff. Nothing was too much, lovely to speak too and the lady who did the piercing was just so genuinely lovely overall.

Another happy and good experience at H Samuel. After a recent visit when they sorted a repair very efficiently for my engagement ring. Faye at the Newcastle store was great and very patient when helping me to find the perfect wedding ring too! I tried lots of different styles and she gave me great advice and recommendations each time. Very helpful and lovely customer service. Made to feel very comfortable and at ease when choosing my ring.

The visit to the store was very good, I was already nervous to go and collect the ring, but the staff made me at ease and chatted to me to make me feel more relaxed, the staff had very good knowledge and went through all the options to me and all the plans I might want to take out. I left very happy with the purchase and the help I received, A* to the staff

I highly recommend the Newcastle store for ear piercing. Helen was amazing, she went above and beyond to look after my daughter (almost age 10) and I believe that had we gone to a different store the experience would have been so much more stressful than it was. Thank you so much for being so lovely Helen! We will be back for more earrings after the 6 weeks healing period is over 🙂

Very friendly attentive staff. Served by Carmel who was very knowledgeable and helpful when my partner and I were looking for a wedding ring. There was no pressure to buy, although we did buy a ring.

Super diligent combined with excellent knowledge of all products, Wendy made our time purchasing a watch - simple and easy.

I needed a new watch strap, the lady who served me couldn't of been more helpful, she fitted the strap after removing a couple of links for me, nothing was the bother....well done
