I recently purchased a ring from this jewelry store and opted for the second-day express delivery service. However, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite paying for the premium delivery option, I never received the item within the promised timeframe.

My excitement to receive the ring was quickly replaced with frustration as the delivery date came and went with no sign of the package. I reached out to customer service multiple times to inquire about the status of my order, but the responses were vague and unhelpful, leaving me even more concerned.

The lack of communication and transparency regarding the shipping delay is what bothers me the most. If there were any unforeseen issues causing the delay, I believe customers should be informed promptly and given the opportunity to make an informed decision.

While I understand that shipping delays can sometimes occur due to various reasons, it's the responsibility of the store to manage these situations effectively and ensure that customers are kept in the loop. Unfortunately, my experience with this jewelry store fell far short of my expectations in this regard.

I hope my feedback serves as a constructive criticism for the store to improve its shipping and communication processes. As much as I was looking forward to owning the ring, this overall experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down. I hope that others considering purchasing from this store will be able to make an informed decision based on this review.

Honestly a very exciting, but daunting experience for me going to buy my partner an engagement ring. However, I cannot commend Aysha enough for the help she provided. She was very patient with me (through the constant decision changes), and so knowledgeable about all the different options available. In the end we made the most perfect choice, with no small help from her - she made the process seem effortless. Thank you!

My daughter and I (on separate occasions) went for our ears pierced at the Leeds Briggate store. Both of us had Meg and she was great. Loads of knowledge and really friendly. It was really reasonable priced and a good experience. This is the third time I have had my ears done and I would definitely recommend to go see Meg 😊.

Great customer service! My fiancé and I went a couple of days ago to the Leeds Briggate shop to look for wedding rings. Ella (Gabriella) showed us all options available after we advised our preference. She explained the differences between rings and the process if we were to purchase rings, including time scales etc. We were very impressed by her professionalism yet friendliness! The day after our initial visit we went a booked an appointment to buy our rings!

From beginning to end, an amazing experience, all the staff are incredibly polite and friendly. I went In just to browse and see what they had to offer, instead of just showing me what they had Aysha actually listened and made some suggestions accordingly, she took a special effort in locating the pice that I desired by phoning all the other stores to see it is was possible, and of course she made it happen. A special thanks to the staff at HSamual! And thank you Aysha for making the extra effort!

From start to finish our visit to the Leeds store was perfect. We were nervous entering to have our ears pierced but Meg put us at ease and made the whole experience more pleasurable. She was friendly and offered us valuable advice. We would recommend this place without hesitation.

Went to h Samuels today as I had broke my chain and wanted a new one we were greeted by a really friendly guy who took time to recommend a new and better chain we even got a discount and insured the new one we had a laugh with him will definitely be going there again he is an asset to the company other staff were friendly and joined in the conversation

I went to get my seconds pierced and a lady named Megan made me feel very welcome and comfortable whilst I was there. she was making sure if I was ok with where the dots were and if I wasn't I could move the dots around myself, she kept me informed whilst the piercing was taking place. Overall, this place is amazing if you are wanting to get a piercing done. I highly recommend.

Rubbish customer service waiting hours for 3 stores leeds ls1, whiterose centre and Wakefield to get my cash in to refundxme, got excusesxbad customer service obviously don't like giving money back to customers, bad company won't be using again Rubbish
