Great service!

The sales assistant was patient (especially because I was very indecisive), polite and welcoming. The store was busy at the time, but he ensured to let me know he was aware of my presence and would be with me shortly.

Above and beyond

Both Heidi and Fern went above and beyond to help. When my ring was returned and I was informed it was unfixable, they helped me sort a replacement. When Fern could see I was getting upset about the prospect of having to replace my engagement ring with a complete alternate, as mine is not longer manufactured, she kept me calm and distracted and assured me she wouldn't rest until I was happy. After a couple of visits she found the perfect fit and I now love it more than the original. Thank you again ladies, you both did a brilliant job!

Quick Delivery

The ring that I wanted was not available in store so was ordered to be delivered to my home. Very quick delivery and goods as expected.

Received help in the store to select and order a ring I wanted as a gift online. Very helpful and friendly. Also safe, clean and social distancing in place.
Delivery arrived very fast within a few days to my house.
