Highly not recommend
I got an engagement ring from my fiancé. After two years, I had to increase it by one size. A week after receiving the ring, a stone fell out. Of course the service said it was my fault. For two years I did not have a problem with the rings, only when I resized the stone fell off. While I was leaving for repair, I got a phone call that another stone was loose and they wanted to give me a special price to put two stones £189. I only agreed to repair one stone. After 2 months from the repair, I have not lost any stone. It's just forcing money. I do not recommend using the H. Samuel service. However, the service working in the store was really nice and pleasant.

I received my necklace in cute lovely packaging !! I’m in love !! It’s so elegant and feminine .. so worth purchasing.. only problem I’m scared if the actually necklace will break as it’s very thin but I’m going to be very careful. Other than that PERRRRRRRFECT
