Mint condition Macbook Air purchased despite it being classed as only 'fair'. Good customer service, quick delivery, simple process and well worth going for a reconditioned Mac.

I bought a used desktop and mobile from Hoxton - in both instances the items arrived remarkably quickly and in 'as new' condition. Telephone conversations pre-order with Benjamin were very helpful and I'm satisfied with both purchases.

I phoned the Hoxton's beforehand to make sure I was getting the machine I needed. Their support and helpfulness are excellent. The mac shipped within a couple of days and was very well packaged. After some extensive research into what Mac to buy - I settled on a MacBook Air. I don’t need connectivity for external devices that the Mac MacBook Air has a couple of ports which is plenty for me.

Hoxton were really helpful and supplied an M2 MacBook Air 16 GB of RAM and one terabyte SSD hard drive which will suit me perfectly for storing family photos some music and for my Web based life apps.

Very pleased with the help and service I received. Laptop came securely carefully packaged and arrived with me within two days of ordering.

I bought a MacBook Pro M3 pro 14” from Hoxton. At the time there was only a fair condition MacBook for the spec I wanted so decided to go for it. Item arrived within the advertised time and it is in perfect overall condition apart from a small dent in the under carriage. I have a cover for the laptop so it won’t ever bother me. I found the whole experience absolutely lovely and I got a machine I had dreamed of for a good couple of years for a great price, considering the whole RAM wars etc. thank you Hoxton macs a great experience.
