Howdens - Swansea Cwmdu Recenzje

We visited the Cwmdu depot today to look at the showroom to look at flooring and to make a few final decisions on kitchen colours, etc. Even though we have had our kitchen design carried out by a different outlet; The staff were incredibly helpful. The lady on the trade counter and Nadine went out of their way to help make some final decisions, gave some really good honest advice and clearly knew what they were talking about. Very professional and personable and would highly recommend.

Howdens are by far the better of all the kitchen designers and manufacturers, the whole process was done efficiently and in a timely manner, some extra bits of equipment were needed which as faultles to arrange, can't thank Howdens and their staff at the Cwmdu Branch in Swansea.
The main reason I'm giving such a positive review is The Wife is Happy
So Happy Wife .
Happy Life

Great experience having our kitchen from HOWDENS Swansea Cwmdu Branch. From our first meeting with Paul Penhale, kitchen designer who give us some good constructive planning tips and designed our kitchen , right through to delivery and backup support the whole experience was faultless, what a great team, 100% with no hesitation would recommend the team at Cwmdu Swanses

The experience and knowledge of the designer, Paul Penhale. We wanted to keep the original shape of the kitchen and had been told by another kitchen company that it wouldnt be possible. Paul and the kitchen installer Rob Harris fitted my choice of Allendale Antique White shaker with a copper splash back - and I am over the moon with the transformation. Paul kept in touch throughout the fit and I cant recommend then highly enough.

Ordered door handles and waited 10 days to come in when they arrived they were supposed to be brass but you sent Black I was then told I had to wait another 10 days so i had to cancell the order and a refund I found the identical 1st choice brass handles on line and were delivered within 2 days plus they were considerably cheaper and the quality is great might have to give Howdens a miss for a while untill they can get their act sorted

Kitchen designer Paul Penhale was very helpful with my selection of my new kitchen. He came up with storage solution I had not thought of.
I was really pleased with the kitchen fitter Roger and the finished look is amazing.
Would highly recommend.

For many years I have been building new and renovating old houses. We all know it’s a complex and problematic industry but the challenge is finding people and products that overcome these issues. I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Howden-Cwmdu especially Paul Penhale and Liam Doran !! Their knowledge and ingenuity in designing and supplying our carpentry needs is 1st class.
Thank you for all your excellent service.

Moved into a house that had a Howden’s Hockley Kitchen in Matt black but I needed some extra cupboards. I contacted Cwmdu Branch and spoke to kitchen designer Paul Penhale. Not wanting to be overwhelmed with more black cupboards he suggested the Hockley Sandstone range to tone in, which, worked beautifully and am absolutely delighted with the result. Roger and Karl the installers were clean and efficient in their work and were very adept at negotiating a few tricky fitting problems. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

As a tradesman who has had accounts over the last 30 years with various companies, I can in all honesty say that having only been an account holder with Howdens for a couple of weeks that I have been short changed elsewhere, staff attention to detail and helpfulness has been enlightening.

Paul has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The design we wanted was adapted to the space we had & the end result is just perfect. It really is the dream
Kitchen we hoped for, thanks to the excellent service from Paul.

The number of mistakes at the Cwmdu branch for my flooring order was not ideal. First the wrong laminate underlay was sent despite me giving the product codes, then the wrong number of threshold bars, not enough glue was sent, then I received a dozen separate invoices for items rather than putting them all on one for simplicity, due to that I then received payment requests for items that staff had put through on my account after I had already paid for my orders in full so I got various reminders for payment. Which after various emails to clarify all of the above, nobody responded!
I also couldn’t check what was on my account because the branch also haven’t approved my online account to log in, and I still can’t log in to it today.

Furthermore, when placing my orders I was placed on hold various times during the call (after I asked for each item) which is pretty poor customer service skills and was quite rude. Just take the whole order, repeat it back and get it right first time rather than assuming (or hoping) the item I’ve asked for is the last of the order. No wonder why so many things went wrong.

Not a great first experience, and a lot of customer service improvements could be made. Is this what I can expect with future orders…? Only time will tell.

We used the store in Cwmdu in Swansea. Really easy and straight forward to book appointment, choose the design and book to have the kitchen fitted.

Really happy with the quality and finish. The design has made the best use of the space .

Paul the designer is really helpful and customer care is great!

Great service from start to finish.
I had new wardrobe doors fitted in two bedrooms. Paul Penhale from Howdens visited my home to measure up in both bedrooms.
The doors and the colours were just what I
wanted.
We are thrilled with the look and the service 100%

Kitchen Designer Paul Penhale provided me excellent customer service at the Cwmdu Branch which was followed up with a home visit. He provided us various different designs which we would not have considered. The kitchen was fitted by Rob Harris who was very professional and did a great job fitting it. Paul Penhale continued with an excellent service throughout the fit and on completion to ensure we were happy with everything. I would recommend Paul Penhale of Cwmdu Howdens to design the kitchen as you will get a professional service. We are very happy with the kitchen. Thank you.

Having visited two other well known kitchen companies they definitely could not compare to Howdens Cwmdu, Swansea! From beginning to end we couldn’t fault the service received from
Paul Penhale. Paul listened to exactly what we wanted and produced detailed plans within days. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His knowledge and professionalism was first class.
A big thank you to Paul and everyone working at Howdens Cwmdu, Swansea. Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen.

Howdens was one of three companies that we approached to create a new kitchen, fitted wardrobes and flooring. The design created by Paul Penhale at the Cwmdu branch was outstanding and far better than than the other dessins we received and the cost was also lower that the other estimates. The installation by Rob Harris also went without a hitch and the finished product exceeded expectations. The whole experience in working with the Howden's team was outstanding and is highly recommended.

Good service with excellent product.

I highly recommend this business especially Paul penhale from the Cwmdu branch Swansea.
His customer service is second to none.
He exceeding our expectations every time
We was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service.
Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. After paying for the kitchen it was delivered within a week. He has kept in contact through out and is calling to check out the work after having it fitted today. Can not recommend him enough.Claire and chris williams

Always used Howdens! Great prices, carry a huge amount of Stock! Go above and beyond to help as they didn't have a drawer front but sourced one from another depot! Brilliant!

We recently purchased a new kitchen from Howdens. The kitchen was planned and designed by Paul Penhale, who created the kitchen we wanted by incorporating our requirements with his own suggestions based on his design experience.
The whole process was seamless and quick and within a fortnight our kitchen was transformed into a beautiful, modern room that my wife and I were absolutely thrilled with.
The kitchen fitter Rob Harris did a superb job of removing the old units, floor and wall tiles and installing the new units, adding/moving electrical sockets and laying a new floor.
I couldn't recommend the whole experience highly enough.
