It wasn't just their pre-sales where they have in-depth knowledge of all their products, their design and planning service was great! The after sales service was exceptional and should be a model to other firms...this is how customer service is done!

On top of the Kitchen & Utility units, I ended up purchasing a Media unit and all Appliances from Howdens-Stanmore simply due to the trust that was built up.

Came in with my mum to look for a kitchen, after having a look around a few other companies. I was really happy with one place in particular but thought to pop over to Howdens and see what they would be able to do.

Greeted by a young man by the name of Vimal on the counter, and he started it off with a huge smile and was ready to help in any way he could!

Very helpful in suggesting ideas in how to arrange the layout of my mums kitchen as there isn’t much space to work with.

I’d ended up coming in the following day after spending the day before asking Vimal 101 questions and placing my delivery!

So thank you Vimal for your patience and support with getting my kitchen from you, would recommend to everyone!

My experience with Howdens at the Stanmore branch was excellent! Asheeta’s assistance in designing my kitchen made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

She suggested colors I hadn't considered, and she also provided insights on optimizing the layout and functionality. I ended up with a great kitchen in the end and though these things can be stressful, I actually had a very good experience.

Came in after my builder went to Howdens in Stanmore and spoke to Vimal to order a kitchen. We managed to place the order within 2 days and got everything we needed delivered the next day. Unfortunately there was a slight damage on a unit, but I called and Vimal had arranged a new one to be collected by my builder on the same day . Thank you Vimal and the great team at Stanmore!

Went in to Stanmore Branch. To obtain a Design for a kitchen. Spoke with Rupesh and he arranged to come onsite and help design the kitchen. Also Vimal helped me choose internal door and ironmongery. Both Provided a great service.

Asheeta was the designer who helped with my kitchen selection & design. Clearly very knowledgeable and knew the products and design options like the back of her hand. I found her easy to work with and she was very patient even when I was changing my mind and the design as I saw the results on screen. Thoroughly recommend Asheeta and Stamore Branch in general, Dipesh the manager there was also extremely helpful & courteous.

Asheeta was brilliant sorting out our kitchen stuff. Alleays helpfull whenever I made phone call about our kitchen.

Called Vimal to order a kitchen for a job in belmont, he sent someone to measure up the job.

The designer Reema came back and in 2 days Reema got the design and plans done for me.

Now I have my delivery coming on Monday!

Came in to order some units for a garage kitchen. Spoke to vimal and gave him the sizes what I need.

Then got it all ready within 30 minutes and was happy with the price too!

Amazing experience getting our kitchen done with Howdens Stanmore! Asheeta and Nimai were outstanding professionals who were always there throughout from design to creation. They visited onsite whenever needed which was massive comfort to us. I'm sure I wouldn't have had such high level of quality and care with a bespoke company! Our kitchen is amazing just as they said it would be.

Absolutely fantastic Customer service. The entire team is knowledgeable and experienced. Always ready to help where possible and resolve issues we face with other stores. We only shop in Stanmore unless we are in a different area. Only because we feel other stores have not really welcomed us as we come in here and there. The professionalism in Stanmore branch is 2nd to none. Especially from the Manager, Dipesh. He is brilliant and from the day he started there we stopped using other branches and moved all our business to this branch because of him. We do a lot of social housing contracts for big players. Him and his team deal with all our orders so meticulously that why would we go anyway else. Thank you for the support you have shown our business over the years. We look forward to doing a lot more business together.
