Customer service is excellent, we have dealt with many members of staff, who are highly skilled in what they do.

Autumn is excellent at her job and has helped us quite a lot ordering various products. 😊

Howdens mansfield is absolutely fab. The girls are very knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Reliable and friendly.
The relatively new ISH guys are also as great. Everyone helps wherever possible they can.
Great kitchen measure/design service team.
And great warehouse lads.

Telephoned yesterday to ask about office furniture, specifically questioning whether they actually do this. They advertise they do but don’t have a range, a bit like WREN.

I arranged a design appointment for 9am today only to arrive and be told that the fitter would just adapt stuff, shorter legs etc. from kitchen / bedroom stuff there was no point in a design appointment as there was nothing specific to show.

THANK YOU for wasting my time, driving 20 mins to and from the showroom to be told exactly what I asked yesterday.

Put my order in on line ready to collect in 15 minutes great service

Charged wrongly but when I pointed it out it was rectified quickly.

I opened an account with Howdens last year. I don't know much about house renovations apart from how I want my house to look. Kayleigh at Howdens in Mansfield has been brilliant with me. She has been patient with me and took her time in understanding the look I wanted. She has giving me suggestions and options to consider.

She has remembered past conversations I have had with her about changers I have wanted to make in my house and has phoned me up to invite me in to in to discuss further and given advise, when asked in helping me make the right purchases.

You would think after all the help she was given me I would remember her name. Not me, for some reason I call her Leanne and she is perfectly fine with this!

Most helpful and considerate staff at counter. My order dealt with quickly and in a friendly atmosphere.

Trying to get as much kitchen cupboard space with a limited budget has been an interesting project.
No two kitchen are exactly the same so having personal assistance to get the best possible design has been achieved with a professional planner. Thank you

Great service from knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Very poor. My local branch Mansfield refused to provide a design service based on the job being "too small" even though they dont operate a too small policy. I called the head office and they were appalled. The head office called the mansfield branch and the manager told the head office that they only couldnt do it at short notice due to being booked, but this is not what I was told on the phone. Mansfield branch specifically said they cant offer a design service for a kitchen that is "2 wall units, 2 base units, sink and worktop including fixings. Its too small"
I called Newark and they did it there and then!

Furthermore, when a complaint is received from the branch, I would have expected the manager from the branch to follow up with me. But nothing, they couldnt be bothered to call me back and nothing has been done about it to this date.

The staff are very helpful and competitive pricing.

Very helpful staff. Didn't have all of the skirting boards I wanted, but they'll save me what I'm owed for when I next go, from their next delivery.

I purchased a full kitchen from howdens
It is 6 months and already got issues
Worktop at the side of the hob bubbled up looks awful
I do not use hob
They say it's poor fitting it looks like it as been water logged to cause this so why as this not happened around my sink
Couple of other issues with kitchen
Howdens blame kitchen fitters
I have had two independent kitchen fitters who have said this is not kitchen fitters poor work it's poor quality worktop
Howdens just passing me from one department to another they have seen photos but not been out to see it themselves
Highly disgusted with them
Definitely would not recommend to anyone

Asked for delivery of items and paid up front
Was not told of delivery charge
Telephoned on day for time but was told not down for delivery
Charged £48.00 for 3 miles ??
If known I would of picked up items in my van
Most building merchants don’t charge if spend certain amount
