We just changed our kitchen and decided to get a Howdens kitchen - Chelford Ivory. The cabinets are a great quality and they fit a lot of things, much more than our previous kitchen! We had a great service from Howdens Colindale and Marie was absolutely amazing! The kitchen got delivered really quickly and we had lots of help and support for its installation.

Lastly, one good thing about working with Howdens is that their employees seem to be on a never-ending holiday spree. Every time I call, they nonchalantly inform me that the guy I need to speak to is off on yet another vacation, and I should try calling back once he's back from his latest adventure. It's like playing a game of Where in the World is Howdens' Employee?

I regularly use the colindale branch and it’s always a pleasure to go!
All the staff from management to warehouse are extremely friendly, and helpful! Maria at the front desk is always smiling and very knowledgeable to my needs and alway a pleasure seeing her! Vee who is one of the kitchen designers is also a pleasure to see and is so helpful with my kitchen plans! Brian in the warehouse is always on hand to help me and great chatting with him!
The management have got it spot on and like said at start it’s always a pleasure going into the store

I have been negotiating a price for a new kitchen as the price they quoted was more expensive than my previous order. My contracted builders were offered a cheaper quote, so when I asked for the same quote I was told by a rude woman that my account had been closed as I had not ordered within 15 months and “if you order is 5k and not 60k the discount would not be as good!”.

I have been to howdens today with my family I have had some enquiries , lady sat on the desk on right side of the shop extremely rude , bad attitude, I felt sorry for her ,
I would not buy anything from them ,

Fine tuning and detailing the most expensive room in your house takes quite a bit of time, however in terms of design and knowledge our designer Raj impressed us no end with his knowledge (and patience!)

On the initial site meeting, he gave us a multitude of solutions and suggestions for quite a few features and details we wanted - which other companies had overlooked or rushed.

I chose Howdens over other manufacturers as I've used them on and off for many years and felt reassured by the product lines in terms of quality and long lasting availability (for changes in the future),

A very decent company indeed.
