Howdens - Canterbury Recenzje

We want to say a HUGE thank you to Vicky who went out of her way to help and advise us in designing and ordering our new kitchen, which I'm sure will be superb. Vicky was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her lovely, cheerful personality, her patience explaining things to us and allowing us to make changes after we'd slept on it (without a hint of irritation) etc made all the difference. Had she gone in for the hard sell, we would have walked away, but instead Vicky went out of her way to make sure we got the right kitchen for us. I would highly recommend a consultation with Vicky. Also, on our several visits to the showroom, all of the staff were courteous and helpful. Can't wait to get our new kitchen.

The most friendly and welcoming branch of Howdens I have ever visited.

Particular shout out is due to kitchen designer Vicky who is professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and a great listener. Her advice has been invaluable and I appreciate her contribution. She’s a lovely person to deal with and a great ambassador for everything Howdens stands for.

Thanks so much.

Dealing with Paul in the Cantebury Branch is always a great experience. Always attentive, quick to respond and updates me with offers and advice.

Howdens kitchens are excellent quality , a great design team and well supported with my installer. They were happy to have items returned where I made changes and provided prompt replacements. Highly recommended.

There is simply no one better than Paul Stace at Howdens!

From start to finish, Paul has been exceptional. His professionalism stands out immediately, he takes the time to understand exactly what you need and never rushes the process. He’s patient, genuinely informative, and always focused on finding the right solution rather than just offering the quickest fix.

What makes Paul different is his consistency. Every interaction feels considered, helpful, and grounded in real expertise. Whether it’s guidance, problem‑solving, or simply keeping you updated, he delivers with calm confidence and clarity.

If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, who treats every customer with respect, and who brings real skill to the table, Paul Stace is unmatched. The Canterbury depot is lucky to have him, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Paul - keep being you because that is your Superpower. It’s been a true pleasure from start to finish of our kitchen project. We now have the dream kitchen catered specifically for our growing family.

Thank you!!

The staff are what makes my local dept
Always willing to help and always happy

I Have been fitting kitchens for years, and find that Howdens are the quickest to fit, they offer quality units at reasonable cost too. They are by far, my go-to recommendation to clients. Sabeena, the designer goes above and beyond to understand the clients needs and has great ideas for design. Once that is nailed, the rest of the team deliver the kitchen at good speed, and they handle changes swiftly and without fuss. I always enjoy fitting kitchens from the Wincheap Howdens branch. I needed a complete new kitchen. Howdens were brilliant but special thanks to Sabeena from wincheap canterbury branch. She made the whole process so easy for me from measuring up to the wonderful on screen plans /storage and delivery and many helpful suggestions. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thankyou so much

We have been using Howdens for many years as supplier for Kitchens, doors and appliances. If there is a problem, which seldom happens, it is rectified straight away. They are a company that can be relied upon.

Dealt with Broad Oak branch. Big shout out for James the manager and his team. Nothing was too much trouble, amazing input and suggestions on the design. Delighted with the wonderful service and the quality of our kitchen, end result is amazing.

I had collected the wrong colour unit from another branch and had to swap it. Wincheap Howdens had some in stock but we had to drive from Broad Oak, 11.50 on a Saturday. 3 of the staff members agreed to wait for me to get there and swap it waiting 10mins for me to get there.
Truly above and beyond expectations!!

The staff were very helpful and professional, as a small business they offered high quality materials at very competitive prices, which helps me pass on fair prices to my customers. I will now always use Howdens as my first choice when pricing for work that they cover,

Excellent service!
After being messed around by another company Howdens done everything they could to deliver our worktops by next day.

Great staff, so helpful and friendly. Just what you need when planning a kitchen! Great advice and super product knowledge, thank you all. From the front desk to the design team - all wonderful.

Great service

After consulting a couple of competitors, we found Howden's offered the best service. Firstly a specilaist, Sabeena, actually came to the house and discussed what we wanted and what was possible from a professional standpoint. Her design was great, including ideas we hadn't thought of. Overall, we found Howdens Canterbury professionally competent, very responsive and very helpful.

They were willing to help and their atitude was happy and helpfull
