We are regular customers at the Accrington branch of Howdens and have had excellent advice and service in particular with Lynne's knowledge and patience for kitchen and bedroom planning and also with Stephen the manager who always look after us , all the staff there are helpful and pleasant which is why we keep going back there

I've just completed a kitchen and bedroom project for which the clients required several options and visualisations! - I'm pleased to say that the staff at Accrington branch won us the orders with their fantastic backup and service. Decided to get a kitchen from Howdens and they sent rob from Accrington branch to do a measure and design.
Very polite and experienced guy who sat us down and ran through our design. Aways there on phone if we needed him all the way untill completion of our kitchen. Highly recommend to ask for rob at Howdens Accrington if you need a kitchen design or even advise

Just taken delivery of another kitchen from Howdens Accrington. Lynn the designer did another fantastic job dealing with my customer from the start getting everything designed to customer specifications. As a local builder I use howdens Accrington for many of my projects and all the staff are always helpful.

As first time buyers of a property that will be having structural renovations, Lynne was fantastic at helping us plan and visualise our space. She listened to our ideas and was able to put together a beautiful kitchen that we loved, even when we had not always given much to go off. She had pre-prepared alternative options that were both more and less expensive and explained how other changes could be made when we were actually ready to buy and install. Lynne was extremely helpful, informative and friendly and I would definitely recommend!

My kitchen design and plan was handled by Liz at Howden's, and I have nothing but very positive things to say.

I had a problematic kitchen and it was a large, and quite overwhelming job, for everyone involved. Liz made me feel part of everything along the way and was a reassuring and friendly help the entire time.

I will certainly be recommending Howden's and Liz in future to anyone considering having a refurb, six star service!
