Been. Before but not again
Access into the hotel quite long slope no one to help luggage poor start
.room safe but now pay for daily
Food very similar after a few days less good if staying 2 weeks
Fridge in. Room five cans of drinks then. After that you pay..as a result people trawling up and. Down up to 10 floors carting drinks fromm the bar what a. Fiasco

Als je als gezin een leuke vakantie wil hebben moet je vooral niet naar dit hotel komen. De accommodatie is overpriced voor wat je krijgt en hier krijg je geen waar voor je geld en geen kwaliteit of een goede ervaring. Dit is geen 4* maar een 2 a 3* hotel. De familiekamer is een bunker, het ruikt er constant naar rioolputje, het hotel probeert dit te maskeren met parfum en geurstokjes. Het is een donkere en muffe familiekamer. De bedden zijn zeer slecht om in te slapen, uitgerust ben je dus niet. De slaapkamermuur en ramen zijn zeer dun, hierdoor komt alle geluid er door van de mensen die in de gang langs je kamer passeren en van de aanpalende kamers. Vroeg slapen met kleine kinderen is heel moeilijk. Het buffet en eten is van zeer slechte kwaliteit en eigenlijk triestig, allemaal gericht naar Engelsen. Worst, spek, rode bonen, spruiten met look, enzoverder. Pannekoeken smaken vies en het brood ook. Allemaal goedkope producten en niet smaakvol. De dranken zoals fruitsap en appelsap zijn chemisch en heel slecht van smaak & kwaliteit. Na 1 dag gestopt met eten in het hotel en reservaties gemaakt buiten het hotel. De kids club is enkel voor kinderen vanaf 4 jaar, als je kind dus net geen 4 jaar is, mag hij of zij niet spelen. Een echte vakantie en degelijk familiehotel kan ik dit dus niet noemen. Vandaar de 1* review voor Hovima La Pinta, Costa Adeje

Thank you to the Hovima Hotel Costa Adeje for yet again a fantastic holiday.
We have stayed here many times in the past and keep going back we love it.
The friendly staff on reception, always a glass of bubbly when we arrive. The restaurant food is excellent, buffet style and as much or a little as you want. The bar staff always a smile nothing too much trouble.
We will go back next year, keep up your brilliant work.

Once again we have had an excellent 2 weeks half
board at the Santa Maria Tenerife, and a big thankyou to Carlos and all the staff who made it possible, the food was a treat and always plenty on offer, see you all again in November.

Christmas 2024
We booked our fourth holiday at this hotel.We booked Excellence and paid a lot more than our previous holidays in comfort room and side sea view room.
We didn’t feel the extra money was justified and would definitely never go to this hotel again.
The price has gone up and the service has deteriorated.
The food was very boring and tasteless.We had to eat out five days.
The gala dinner was good but to put opera singers on as entertainment was not the Christmas atmosphere we expected on Christmas Day.
The girl who filled the fridge with the mini bar items left the fridge door open six times so everything warmed up even after complaining to the reception she still kept leaving it open.The reason apparently was that we had put a bottle of milk in it so it was our fault !!!which was ridiculous as obviously we were able to close the door.
The sunbeds were uncomfortable and dirty.
The TUI reps were rude and a total waste of time.
The excellence drinks were basic ie Gordon’s gin.All of the whiskies and brandy were awful.
So all in all take our advice and book another hotel

Stay 24 november to 1 dec.
And still a lot of bedbugs at this hotel, why do you not do anything ?

I was bidden 50 times, and a freind of mine was bidden 200 times in only one week.

Close this hotel and get it cleaned for bedbugs.

Review regarding our stay at Santa Maria HOVIMA (Tenerife) from 28/10-13/11 2024

During our stay I was unfortunate enough to be struck by an unexplained rash all over my body on the 3rd day.
After two visits to the hospital and various prescriptions of medication, the conclusion was, that the rash was the result of insect bites. The hospital doctor wrote a report that we brought to the hotel. When trying to talk to the director of the hotel, Victoria Guerrero, we were met with an unpleasant and dismissive attitude, where Victoria Guerrera accused us of having brought the rash from Denmark and even that we were untrustworthy guests.
We have been guests at the hotel for 10 years and will not be coming back. The behavior and attitude we were met with, when trying to discuss the situation, was handled so badly that we can no longer reconcile it with spending a vacation there.

Hovima Costa Adeje , Teneriffa , als 4 Sterne Hotel gebucht , aber hat nur 2-3 Sterne verdient. Hovima lässt ist mit alten,abgewohnten Möbeln ausgestattet, Schrank defekt,Türen lassen sich nicht schliessen, Matratze verdreckt,alle Möbel sind schmutzig , Reinigung erfolgt nur oberflächlich, Dusche bei Benutzung überschwemmt weil Abflüsse verstopft, Toilette ein Herd von Keimen , Essen ist eine nur aufgewärmt und besteht aus alten Fleisch und teilweise verdorbenen Gemüse und Obst, Servicepersonal völlig überfordert und sehr langsam,Pool viel zu klein und ebenfalls verkeimt, Animateure nur nervig , Hotel sollte renoviert werden ,ansonsten Vorsicht vor Buchung bei dieser Hotelkette - reine Abzocke und überteuert

Currently staying at Santa Maria in Costa Adeje staff are friendly to the extent they need to be. Probably polite is a better word. Place smells of weed. Being a non smoker it’s not pleasant.
Food is awful. We came last year and food was good ( hence the return) but we’ve paid for half board and will eat out except for the odd sandwich… Food needs to be improved !!!!

I've stayed at the Atlantis many times and love it, but I want to tell you about the staff there. In Nov 2023 they went ridiculously out of their way for me. My Aunt was suddenly taken seriously ill, and the staff at the Atlantis couldn't have done more for me.They made sure that I was supported and kept checking on me - coming to my room to see if there was anything more they could do or if they could help me personally, let alone my Aunt. A very special shout has to go to Louis, who without him to lean on, I don't know how I would've survived. I wasn't expecting such kindness and helpfulness, I've never known staff of a hotel be that amazing. Needless to say I'm going back this year. I cannot recommend Hovima Atlantis, Costa Adele enough.

I absolutely love the hovima costa adeje it's beautiful very clean 24/7 security at door so you know it's safe entertainment the best I have ever had and the team are so funny brilliant place been 3times the pools are so looked after
I have not got a bad thing to say it's the best snack bar food lovely clean restaurant clean rooms 👌 beautiful views 100% you wil have the best holiday ever

The Hovima La Pinta hotel was absolute fine with a very polite and helpfull staff. What really was good for us was the reception staff, who guided us to a fantastic experience in the Carnival in Santa Cruz
