Fantastic product. Assembly took approximately 2 hours. Function wise it's brilliant. Cooks food brilliantly, and the thermometer means you cook things perfectly each time. Of note, the regulator that came with it did not seem to fit the gas bottle I had purchased so i had to use a separate one.
