Worst customer service! I ordered a prescription mask for my daughter for an upcoming trip so she could enjoy snorkeling. The lenses weren’t with the mask when they arrived. They finally answered my email a few days later saying it was their mistake and to send back so they could fix. I did not have time to do this as my trip was soon. I asked them if they could just eat the cost since it was their mistake and send a new one. Days later they responded with no help. Then a few days after that said lenses were ready and to send mask back. I already told them that wasn’t an option as my trip is in 2 days. So now my daughter will have to suffer.

I made a purchase that took ages to arrive and the order was wrong. They at first offered a return label if they could pinpoint what happened. I sent photos and the og receipt. Now they refuse to send a return label.

El assisted me in finding a wetsuit.
It was my first ever and she guided me through the difficult process of donning the very thick suit.
It wasn’t easy and without El’s patience and help, I may have given up!
She also gave me tips to make the suiting up easier, such as not wearing my rash guard or watch.
El is a top notch sales associate!!!

I ordered a Used Atomic Scuba Regulator set from them and trusted the Test Results they posted in the listing. Everything looked legit.

When I received the Regulator and wanted to try the fit of the mouth peice, I tasted SALT WATER. The regulator had not even been rinsed in Fresh Water.

I immediately rushed it over to my local shop who has been servicing my equipment for years for Testing and Servicing. BOTH 2nd stage regulators were Free Flowing and blew SAND. The 1st stage pressure was all over the place.

What House of Scuba is doing is Dangerous and is going to get somebody very seriously injured or worse

I order two surf furs for my son and his wife. He is stationed inFlorida. I placed the order and paid in full. I saw that the charge when thought with no problem. Five days later I get an email saying they would not ship the order to an address different then the billing address. They were supposed to be birthday gifts. Nothing but grief and aggravation from this company. I will not do business with company in the future. There are plenty of places to do business with these days.

I bought 2 GoPro cameras through the Paypal, after the transaction 2 days have passed, no one answers my letters, it is useless to call - an answering machine, after contacting the paypal orbitrage received messages from the seller that I am not patient and being rude, although I just asked why it takes so long to process my order, money was never returned to me !!! there is not even a positive review anywhere about this site, this is just a fake site to steal your data, be CAREFUL!

the company will not sell to you if you live in denmark and use creditcard because there has been an increase in card freud from denmark(the company say) funny i live in denmark and i have not heard that its a problem in this country i have bought many times from au-nz-usa-uk before and have never been said no from a company to use my card
this you first find out when you get an email after you have ordered
i have searched severel hours after the things that i needed and finally when i found it the company is some not serius company
