Amazing and unique wigs, super easy to style 🤩
I bought recently their newest style The Mullet and got me a Shag, and i am in love with both of the wigs. Perfect quality, super nice packaging and a lovely support. 😍
With some small amount of styling and the use of the root powder they use also in their styling videos on instagram, the wig looked exactly like the one on the pictures in the blink of an eye. 🤩
I am super satisfied and will buy definitely more wigs in the future, also they have some really unique styles.

The packaging was very personable or and exciting... included good stuff...
However the wig did not look like the image I viewed when purchasing... It's going to need a lot of styling. I could see it might be a little misleading to people who purchase it when the wig shows up and it does not look the same as the picture.

Hi Gavin, thanks so much for your review. It does say this in the description of the wig on our store: “ To look like the picture, the wig will need a small amount of styling. We recommend using some root volume powder, you don't need a lot! Mess it up with your hands as much as you can and then give it a good spray. This wig can be styled as if it was your own hair, its supposed to be messy so don't be afraid to rough it up a little!”
However it seems people don’t always read the description as we’ve received a few similar reviews like this.. we will look at how we can make this a little clearer on our store. We do post styling videos on our stories and Instagram feed so keep an eye out, and perhaps we can work out a way that we can add these videos to our product listing on our store also. It really is easy to style and can be done whilst it’s on your head with just a tangle teaser, some styling powder, your fingers and to finish with some hairspray.

Not Happy with wig quality
Last month I ordered the purple shag wig, I was very disappointed when it arrived. The wig did not look like it did in the picture. The shape of the curls etc just looked rushed and not done to a satisfactory standard for the price I paid. I also thought the wigs hair quality was awful for the price, so shiny like a cheap Halloween wig. I would’ve loved to have returned the wig but it’s to my knowledge it cannot be returned which is very disappointing as it just continues to sit in the bag unused as I am not happy with it. I’m a working drag queen and from experience a £60 hardfront wig should definitely be of better quality.

Thanks for your review. Im not sure you read the description of the wig that you purchased when you bought it but it does clearly say in the description that to look like the photo the wig will need some minimal styling. We also have in our stories on Instagram styling tips on how to get it looking like the photo, we’ve sold hundreds of this style and this is our first negative review but I guess we can’t please everybody. I do suggest you read the description of the product the next time you purchase something from our store or any other store so you are not disappointed again. Have a great day, House of Peluca team.

Gorgeous
Gorgeous, gorgeous wig! It arrived promptly and beautifully packaged with bonus sticker goodies, a postcard and in-depth care instructions. I ordered The Shag Cookies & Cream. I love the style, colour and cut. She needed a lil' TLC since she's a big wig and was delivered in a small box, but perked up right away and was easy to tease with some root powder and a fringe trim.
The perfect cheer-up treat to myself. Thank you House of Peluca!

Wig came exactly as show , and fairly fast as was described, very good quality and the hair still has some movement whilst also feeling secure and hairsprayed enough to avoid damage

Great Products, Great Service
I made a large order of both styled and unstyled wigs and lashes and not only did it ship internationally from from the UK to Australia incredibly fast, but they also went above and beyond with the packaging to guarantee all the wigs arrived safely in perfect condition! I would 100% recommend House of Peluca, and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Hi, I’m sorry you feel this way but we haven’t received any messages from you so I’m not sure how you can say our customer service is lazy when you haven’t spoken to us.
Yes you are correct, there is an automated system that asks you to review the item but if you had emailed or messaged us with any concerns we would have gladly got back to you and you would have seen that we care a lot about our customer service and the people that are purchasing our wigs, hence the previous 5 stars from everyone. It’s standard procedure for a business to have an automated email to review your purchase when you buy something, if we were to do this manually it would take much of our time up which is used for styling custom orders.
However, We will take on your points and will have a look at the automated email review system with trustpilot but I can assure you we keep very much on top of our orders and had we known you’d been sent four reminders about reviewing the item before it had arrived we would have swiftly looked into this.
