We purchased a swim spa in 2019 and received excellent service and advice from Damian at the Ashford branch. Being able to test one of the spas before committing was really helpful. The installation went smoothly and the service team are always friendly and helpful. Our swim spa was an excellent investment. I did a lot of research before choosing a Riptide spa from Hot Tub Barn and I'm pleased that I did; the quality and performance of our spa is excellent. Highly recommended.

We have been with the Hot Tub barn for 5.5 years. We are very happy with the service and have regular services. If we have any queries they are always very helpful.
I use my hot tub at least 4 times a week and recently had a hip replacement so before my op it was a god send relieving my pain and helping me sleep.

We searched for a year for the right hot tub for us & we came across hot tub barn in Chelmsford where a lovely lady called Natasha helped us with making sure we had the right one for us ..
I chose one which I thought was right but after a few days and tuns of questions later & Natasha even let us try before we purchased the hot tub ..we decided that we would upgrade to a bigger one and more still affordable with lots of extra features…and the riptide hot tub is so easy to use and comfortable, relaxing at the start & end of a day.
it’s the best choice we’ve made as we never get out of it .. there was no pressure to purchase one and absolutely lovely friendly lady any questions I had she could she would answer them or find out information for us .
We have told our friends all about where we purchased it from and the hot tub barn staff are really friendly and helpful.

We purchased our Hot Tub from the Southend Branch of Hot Tub Barn. Connor was superb through out the process - from providing all the information to enable us to choose the right Hot Tub, a site visit and checking in with us once it had been delivered. He has also helped us with water maintenance advice post sales too.

Delivery and Installation guys were fantastic. The whole process from start to finish has been very smooth.

We are really pleased with our Hot Tub and would highly recommend to anyone.

Connor, at the Southend branch, was extremely helpful during the purchase of our hot tub. He made the process really easy and kept us updated from the day we paid our deposit to the delivery day. Connor, also joined the installation team on delivery day and ensured everything went smoothly.
