Usually buy from a ticket reseller so a little nervous because this is a birthday present

Tickets cost a little more, but this was very fast and for me, time is money!

I don't like when you buy multiple items because each item is charged individually this is my only complaint

The actual price of my tickets is perfect. I found way cheaper tickets from here.

It came to me email and I saw what I want immediately and I clicked it. The process is simple and quick then seatgeek.

This website was set up with the sole purpose of stealing your money. You will get no tickets and no refund. Be warned.

Ordered tickets for a match. Paid and then tickets never arrived nor pick up instructions. No response from telephone number, email or live chat. Now trying to get refund but no response so assume they have just stolen my money.

I was overcharged for tickets in March around £500, i still haven’t received my refund yet and we are in August. I was told the account department will refund me as soon as possible, am still waiting for the refunds. I keep calling them and they tell me the same thing.

As others have pointed out, their business model is simple: They use our money to buy tickets on resale sites themselves and then sell them to the highest bidder at the last minute and cancel all existing orders. Then they take weeks to refund. All the time they're using our money to fund their business. There are other resale sellers out there with tickets who'll dispatch immediately - use one of them. Don't give these guys the satisfaction.

I purchased two tickets for a Premier League match back in May. The tickets were never delivered to the hotel address I provided. I've been waiting since then ( over a month now) to get my money back and after hundreds of calls and emails, all they keep saying is that account department is dealing with it but nothing has been done! Worst service ever!!!

As the last reviewer rightly pointed out, what this lot did was to sell their allocation of tickets to the highest bidder at the last minute. Regardless of the fact that they severely inconvenience people travelling all over the world. But the worst thing is that they simply don't care. I finally got hold of them by phone the day after the final, no sense of remorse, regret or sympathy, they simply refer to their terms and conditions (30 days to get your money back, if at all, DIDNT TAKE THAT LONG FOR MY FUNDS TO BE TAKEN) when I pointed out that they let hundreds of people down the guy actually laughed and said "we only had 8 bad reviews on Trust Pilot" even if it was only 8 (which I am certain it wasn't as their emergency mailbox was FULL on the day of the match, so unless 8 messages filled their inbox I am sure a lot of people got well and truly shafted. I agree with the last review, what can we do to make sure companies like this don't get away with this again?

This is the email I recieved at 16:17 on the day before the final, I was already on my way to Madrid with flights and accomodation paid for.
we all know what they did right? They realised they could get more for the tickets, mine were over 4k euros each, and resold them for the higher price.
Legislation is what will stop these and all the other thieving b**tards in this industry but we need to do this together. One story of this will be ignored but all our stories have to be listened to, especially as the UK Government is already looking into this.

On 8th May I purchased 2 tickets, in good faith, from Hotfootballtickets.com to the Champions League final. I paid just over £7,300 and on many occasions this company confirmed the tickets would be delivered to me in the UK, as it got closer to the match they changed their story and said I would have to collect the tickets in Madrid. Just before midnight on Thursday, 30th May (less than 48 hours before the match and 3 weeks after the tickets were fully paid for), they emailed me to say they would not be providing the tickets. Together with the cost of the tickets I am £10,000 out of pocket as I have lost the cost of flights and hotel accommodation.

This company is a total disgrace and should be avoided.

Your dream is our goal? These thieves took my money and then let me travel half way around the world before they cancelled my tickets to the Champions League Final for no reason, without notice, the day before the game. Do not make the same mistake as me - they are vile thieves

I paid two premium platinum tickets, seating together for Ghampion league final2019. I got tickets from category 3 , separate seats. Delivery was at last moment. The are cheating people, steal money. Don’t buy tickets there!

I had a bad feeling when I booked UCL Final tickets with this lot and I should have listened to my instinct. Told that I would be given collection details on Friday but no contact, not answering phones or responding to emails. Nothing short of scandalous my solicitor will be in touch on Monday

Currently in Madrid (traveled from the UK, drove from Alicante) waiting for confirmation on how and when to receive tickets for Champions League final today? I bought tickets in early May for several thousands. Is anyone else in this position or have you received your tickets already. Mailbox says full so can’t leave a message. Emails have been unreplied to since Thursday, when I received a reply saying details will follow soon due to agents being busy arranging delivery in Madrid. I’m now becoming incredibly nervous, but understand they must be busy. They are still selling tickets on their website. Hopefully I’ll receive notification on where to collect tickets soon. Hopefully I’ll be able to come back and post a positive review with tickets.

After spending 12k advised day before that tickets downgraded, offered ‘lesser tickets’ and ultimately cancelled. Any idea on how to get a refund ? completely unacceptable.

Does anyone know the collection point in Madrid for tickets??? They’ve just cancelled our tickets for the Champions League Final the day before the match while we’re already in Madrid having spent so much to get here. Anyone with any info on how to get in contact with someone from the company please help!!
