I've had many good experiences with Hotelclub, from the easy navigation of the site, to great deals on hotels.

Location was great; right off the highway. Room was clean, bed comfy. Very polite & helpful staff. Great hot breakfast if you're not gluten allergic. Had enough alternatives for a good breakfast anyway. Pool/workout room were clean & convenient, with plenty of towels.

Room rate at Hotel Club is cheaper than the hotel published rate.

Hotel room was clean and the room was reasonably priced. But Breakfast was boring, the same food everyday. Staff were nice, professional and helpful.

There are many sites to get cheap hotel rooms but what makes the difference with HotelClub is that the more you book the more preferences and points you get which can be deducted from the price of your next booking. The downside is there are less hotels on this site allowing you to have free cancellation.

I have booked with HotelClub multiple times. I have never experienced any problems with my booking that have been both domestic and international. I would not hesitate to recommend this site to any of my friends.

Booked into Bewley's through HotelClub and had no problems. They were the cheapest and their service was as good as other services I use. Will use them again

I've been using hotelclub for a long time since my son went to the boarding school in Melbourne 14 years ago. I found them good and reliable, and the rate is competitive. Last year, I booked to stay Bali in August which was within the peak season. Owing to a mistake by the staff that my booking was sent to another place, the hotel didn't get the room for me. I called their Sydney office and they were able to rearrange a hotel(much higher category) nearby quite quickly.

I have been a customer for a good many years, booking rooms in the US, the UK, and mainland Europe. HotelClub gives reliable information about the listed hotels (including negatives). The prices are similar to some other discount websites, but the HotelClub rewards in the form of discounts on next bookings is unique. I have sometimes taken advantage of the excellent telephone service.

My, husband who has Parkinson's, was unwell as we made our way to the hotel. The staff were caring and helpful. The room was excellent- everything you needed. Room service was fine, food and service good and very reasonably priced. Our room was very quiet overnight. The hotel is well placed for visiting tourist attractions and is in a lovely square. We will certainly stay again.

The thing I love most is the loyalty rebates which can be applied as good as cash on your next stay. It's instant and doesn't require mileage on bookings. That's what I truly called thinking for the customer.

I have used Hotel Club since 2010 and have been very pleased. The prices are good and their loyalty program is excellent. I gladly recommend Hotel Club to anyone seeking to book accommodation.
