Quick delivery, helpful staff on the telephone - but the number was difficult to find.

Great service, email sent updating me in my order and delivered as promised. Great products would recommend highly.

We were recommend the hotbin by a family member. It was easy to assemble and set up. We're getting used to feeding it and look forward to using the compost.

Still waiting for first 90day

Brought this hotbin for my son has very happy with it.

Ordering a new lid insert for the 200 litre bin was easy although I had to be informed of a webpage not openly available on the main website. My first order was for the wrong sized lid and the refund was made without fuss.

Helpful response to my query —I needed a replacement vent .- and then posting of the part was efficient . Diolch yn fawr

The hotbin composting system is excellent. Compost is generated really quickly and it has been a real boon to my garden. It has meant that I can compost much more garden and kitchen waste than ever before.

Very efficient when ordering but long delivery time and royal mail required £2 as postage was underpaid.

It arrived on time. We already had one which we were happy with and decided that we need two. It actually takes us longer than described to obtain the compost, but my husband thinks this is because we have never been able to totally empty it. Now we have two this should not be a problem, fingers crossed.

Bought the largest model. Solidly made but no door in the base to facilitate emptying it. Maybe that could be designed in a later model. Certainly running

They do the basic things well.

simple to set up and start. Been eating the garden waste steadily over the last 3 weeks, so it's still early days. No liquid fertiliser yet.

So far so good but too early to tell about results yet. The purchasing process was simple and delivery was very prompt with lots of helpful updates on progress of shipping.

The instructions were a little confusing so I googled how others had set theirs up.

I additionally bought some accelerated compost breakdown powder from an independent supplier.

Garden waste is slowly breaking down and I’ve also been adding veg food waste.

I will update my review once I get my first batch of compost.

Delivered on time and well packaged and as described.

The HotBin was received quickly, though confusingly in two packages - the plinth first and the actual HotBin the next day.
We have followed the guidance and are pleased with the result so far. After just over 2 weeks the temperature has steadily climbed to over 40’C.
It does need regular ‘feeding’ but with a busy garden and household we feel sure it will start to produce useable compost fairly quickly.
