Horse.com new platform is AWFUL!
Horse.com changed their platform to a Shopify one, and the platform is AWFUL! Doesn't allow buyers to update info such as credit cards, the search engine for items is useless, and I'll not shop with them anymore. Their customer service gal was wonderful when I called to try to update my credit card info directly, and the system doesn't even allow their customer service agents to update anything either. I don't know who's idea it was to change the old platform that worked fine, but Horse.com and Stateline Tack (affiliated and both have changed to this useless new platform) are going to lose a lot of business by becoming very non-user friendly!
