Was not impressed that the high lift operator had issues using the boom as he was new and that was an hours time
. His unfamiliarity with the process of lowering the boom was an unwanted cost to the job.

David the Electrician was most helpful in giving me a Quote first before starting the repairs. After choosing a cost within my Budget, he went about his repairs professionally and there was no mess afterwards. The whole process was easy and stress-free throughout.

Professional and experience
Quick response time , your business rang me back in the morning and had an electrician at my premises in under an hour. Electrician was helpful and polite, knew what the problem was but he did not have the parts for the job and told me he will go back to his depot and will quote me a price. He rang me back within 15 mins and quoted me a reasonable price for the job and I told him to go ahead with the job. He was back within 15 mins and after 30mins at the most, the job was complete. Totally hassle free and professional . Thank you.

Cassandra the mgr was very helpful and managed to organise the electrician to attend on the afternoon I needed the job done.
The gentleman who came was very efficient and experienced and a very helpful cheerful person.
The job was done promptly and efficiently.
The invoicing and payment process was also very efficient. I am very impressed with their efficiency and excellent customer service. I have already told friends about them and highly recommended them to my close friends who will definitely call on them when they are looking for a reliable efficient and honest electrician.
