Many thanks to Anne for an efficient transaction with a competitive rate. Our process was slightly more complicated owing to the overseas bank not having direct international transfer status. Anne's guidance (and patience!) ensured a successful outcome. I will be using Horizon again.

I recently had to transfer money which I inherited from Euro to GBP, Louisa and her team could not have been more helpful. Almost as soon as I set myself up with an account I was called and the transfer of funds was quick and easy. Thank you!

When browsing the web their platform shows the currency i want to transfer to, also during subscription they ask the main destination country and collect personal data. But than the account executive said they don't trade/exchange this currency. So why provide wrong information on your website and waste people's time. Generally platforms show clearly if a currency is available or not. I have a copy of your email.
