Have used this online shop several times and never had any issues. The products are incredible. I swear by the sleep balms, particularly the neroli and more recently the cannabis sativa - both are so calming and settle my anxiety like nothing else ever has. Difficulty sleeping is a thing of the past for me, and it used to be quite an issue.
The delivery has varied in the past - sometimes taking a week but recently has been only 2-3 days. I honestly can’t recommend the products and customer service enough. Truly fabulous x

Ordered on the 10th arrived on the 13th while in lockdown, so delivery was good. So far the products seem nice. But I’ll need a couple of weeks to decide if they are 100% right for my skin. But so far so good!

I have ordered twice from this site and twice there has been an issue. The products are nice enough but the customer service is absolutely dreadful. You either do not get a response, regardless of whether you use the email address as stated, or message via social media. If you do get a response you never get anywhere. The first incidence I waited over a month for delivery & was told I would receive a free CSF cream as a good will gesture, this was never recieved. When chased up, no response. On the second occasion an item was missing, despite being told this would be sent out first thing the following day, after sending numerous messages, it has never been received, this was over a month ago. When chasing this up with numerous messages again, I was asked questions which suggested they thought I was lying about the missing item. When sending a further message to ask when I could expect the item SUPRISE SUPRISE no response! Really disappointed with this company, particularly as I try to support small businesses.

I love Gemma’s products - I’ve ordered countless times, mainly the Lavender Sleep Balm for myself and my children. Yes, delivery can be slightly slow but she is a single business women, and all of her products are handmade, to a high quality, by her, so they are 100% worth the wait! I just ensure that when I’m getting low on balm or Chloe’s Secret Formula, I place an order before I’m out. My daughter who is 12 cannot sleep without the lavender sleep balm. She absolutely adores it. She doesn’t just use it at night either - if she’s having problems dealing with her hormones, she’ll rush upstairs to apply it, and within minutes she’s already calm! I honestly cannot rate Gemma and her products highly enough. Thank you so so much. Keep up the hard work behind the scenes

I have been waiting for a parcel since the 25th of December, I have dmd Gemma and she advised that the parcel should be with me about fortnight ago. I have asked to be kept up date and if there are any issues to let me know. I have heard nothing and I have now requested a refund. This is such a shame as I have ordered from this company before and have not had any issues . I will not be ordering from them again.
