We are very pleased with the level of service received from Sophie and Will at Homerun. We experienced trouble with our boiler’s pressure gauge, Sophie was instantly contactable and booked us in at very short notice. The communication regarding Will’s arrival time was really helpful. Will was prompt, polite and able to fix our boiler’s issue very quickly! He also provided some advice for the future, as well as a promise to return with further ideas of how to mitigate this happening in the future if we have the same trouble again.

The servicing was not carried properly - I have the proper gas engineer from the manufacturer confirming later that they did not break the seal and did not carry out the necessary checks. The service was expedient and more like a tick box exercise and he failed to service the boiler properly , hence I had to call the manufacturer to do a proper servicing. Waste of money using this company.

After being recommended by a friend, we contacted Home Run for a quote to install a whole new system at our home. Dan visited us and talked us through all the different options. He was so friendly and knowledgable and we were worried about the price but so pleasantly surprised when they gave us our quote. Sophie in the office was fantastic and her communication was great throughout. They fitted us in within a week and we are so happy with our new boiler, all new radiators and pipe work throughout the house. We really can’t believe how amazing the team have been and we would willingly recommend them to anyone needing a new boiler!

I was left with no hot water when. I moved into my new property. Will came as an emergency call and did all he could to fix the problem. Unfortunately the boiler was old and a new one was needed. Will ordered one andinstalled it the next day.
Sophie kept me regularly informed during the process.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Home Run enough! My boiler broke unexpectedly and Soph and Will were incredibly accommodating from the moment I contacted them. They came out straight away, quickly identified the issue and went above and beyond to get everything sorted.

They replaced the boiler, took away and disposed of the old one, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. They were professional, friendly and genuinely cared about getting everything resolved as quickly as possible.

We had a potential carbon monoxide issue whilst I was pregnant so local services shut our gas off, one of the gas engineers came out very quickly to investigate, they checked all outputs and ensured everything was perfectly safe before switching everything back on. What was a very stressful situation for me was dealt with so quickly and efficiently which I’m very grateful for!!

Super professional and brilliant service. We had a leak with our boiler and they were able to fit us in really quickly and fix the problem straight away. No stress, all the parts with them, and no problems since. Highly recommend.
