Easy, fast, efficient , polite staff.

I had a thoroughly great shopping experience.
Kate was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
I needed a new bathroom.
Kate went to great lengths to help me with the design for a room that is only 4 square metres.
I would also like to thank Ellie and the other young lady (sorry I don't remember the name...) who helped me load the van with the tiles I purchased.

Great customer service and very helpful delivery driver. Very satisfied with my purchase and an excellent price compared to competitors.

Ordering was easy and I was able to find the collection point as it was clearly signed

We asked for a paint mixer and we waited for 10 minutes and no show. So we left and gone somewhere else. Not happy with this experience. And it’s not great for a customer to wait and someone not to show up.

We had given up looking for a cabinet that matched the kitchen of the home we moved into few weeks ago
No one was particularly helpful or caring as we were not planning to spend thousands of pounds we just wanted a cabinet to go where the old boiler was
We got to Homebase to buy something else but spotted a door that looked like ours
Michelle was very helpful, guided us and explained what we would need once we got the measurements in
A lot of other people in kitchen departments never cared this much
We fitted the cabinet ourselves and are very happy with the final result!

Paid for light on line. Went to store to pick up, they did not have in stock although system said 40-so sadly a wasted journey.
Assistant unable to cancel order on system so had to be done as if I had collected and then had to wait 5 days for a refund.
Not the best customer service!!

Good very good service

Very easy. Just ordered via click and collect. Was notified less than an hour later, that the item was ready to collect. Collection took less than 2 mins. Very satisfied.

Have recently renovated a whole house using crown ranges Elle and Crafted, Dulux Heritage range and am so pleased with the finish throughout.
It is a great range giving a similar standard of finish to farrow & ball but without being quite as high in price.
Bev and mark on the paint section were fantastic at telling us which paints would be better suited for our walls and desired finish.
With renovating we have had many trips to the store as it is our most local and luckily for us with needing so much paint it was all purchased on offers.
On every occasion so far staff have been pleasant and helpful, there wasn't quite enough of the colour we needed in store at the time but a staff member at customer services was very helpful and able to order the item for us.

I went into Worcester Homebase last week to source a new kitchen. I was greeted by a lovely member of staff called Katie. She was very informative and helped me choose the best options for me. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Thanks once again!

Katie has helped me sort both my kitchen and my bathroom. She has provided excellent customer services and worked hard to meet both the price and design I wanted. I would happily recommend to others.

The staff behind the customer service desk were great, very friendly and had my order ready immediately.

Super easy and the staff were really friendly!

Online order, arrived on the date notified on the order and shipping carrier info was accurate on delivery time.
Part of the storage unit was found to be broken on opening the package.
However an online chat with Homebase got that sorted and a replacement part shipped out in a few days.
Storage unit now built and working well. Happy with the unit and Homebase service.

Not happy paid for this item before collection when I picked it up there was a big sticker over the top where solar pack should of been I think homebase where trying to con me with this item I went back in store and lady went and found the solar pack I will be more careful now buying anything from homebase

Prompt delivery service

The staff at Homebase Worcester were absolutely fantastic, especially Pam. We came to her with a number of things we needed (delivery on a sofa bed, purchase a new item upstairs they didn’t have in stock and collect and order) and Pam was brilliant nothing was too much for her. She helped us order in the sofa to be delivered for a date when we move into our first home, and herself and the manager helped arrange for another colleague to collect an item from another store for us to bring to the Worcester store to purchase. We received updates leading up to us collecting the furniture from the store which was very helpful.
I have worked in retail before and know just how difficult it can be, and even getting little to no recognition sometimes. Well I can honestly say I’ve experience some amazing customer service and they all, Pam especially, thoroughly deserves to be acknowledged.
Thank you for helping myself and my partner out. We have worked hard and saved for many many years to buy our first home, and the help the store staff have given us getting this furniture has really helped us a lot.
