Efficient. Great customer service.
Easy to order. Homebase replied immediately and text arrived to inform order was ready to collect.

Never buy a kitchen from HomeBase.
Worst experience ever.

THEY DON'T ALLOW RETURNS ...
NOT EVEN A ******* PLUMBING KIT, WHICH WAS TOO POOR QUALITY TO FIT.
SCAAAMMM!!!
AVOID AT ALL COST...

Pots must have been stored outside

Pots must have been stored outside, screws for the legs stuck & rusted together. Plastic bags for legs and screws water logged. Nearly took all 3 back. However overnight soak in WD40 did the trick.

Good service (click & collect)

Friendly, fast service. Quick to identify that a product wasn’t up to standard, so took appropriate action to inform me before I collected, giving me the option of checking it myself and paying half price if I still wanted it. All in all, a good experience.

I was disappointed with the way my…

I was disappointed with the way my purchase was handled as there were various mistakes with once the Item had been delivered to me having to contact customer service to establish what had happened. Having made three journeys to the store.

Purchased a shoe locker for porch,

Viewed a shoe locker for porch,
No stock available in store, but assistant directed us to a Homebase online site. Was ordered and delivered a few days later to our request. Easy to assemble, pleased with the purchase and delivery service.

FANTASTIC SERVICE 10/10!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I did a click and collect for a sofa set and had a prompt notification to say my collection was ready. Easy paying and easy pick up all the staff were lovely!
