Staff as always helpful and polite it took no more than 5 minutes to be on my way well impressed thank you

Collected 5l of paint. Paint must have been opened in store. The lid obviously was not closed properly. I now have a car full of paint on the floor.
Called the store. They did not care.

Customer service staff Alison and Cheryl . They allowed me to take a put together flat pack stackable shoe shelf that was on display. I am incapable of putting flat packs together so am very grateful to understanding kind staff. Alison even offered to put one together for me at her home. Beyond call of duty. !
Homebase should be very proud of staff who made a sale and helped older person . Thank you.

I was charged for a product at full price which she discounted like it was to then have both on my receipt when I received one

I'm not happy with customer service the corner unit I brought was damaged I've told them that the 2 seater is damaged one of the feet was damaged it's been broken off so it needs a new back piece for the 2 seater I've tried explaining this but all they keep on about is sending me a new foot I've told them it's broken so needs a new back piece for the 2 seater or make me an offer to keep it as it is

I ordered a trellis with my order and was refunded £4.50 when the price was £5.00?? How is this?? Will not be using this service again

I waited quite a few days for our things to turn up and when it did arrive at Homebase I had to wait quite a while for any acknowledgement or help and then the assistant was quite rude to me

I never received an email to say my good were ready to collect, even though your order confirmation says do not travel until you receive it.

As a disabled person, I often find myself challenged by simple tasks and as a result often drop items and am unable to carry awkward shapes.
Jolanda saw that I was struggling and rushed to my assistance. She helped pick up the fallen items returning them to the shelves and then carried my shopping to the counter for me to pay.
After paying, Jolander carried my shopping to the car.
Jolander maintained a happy and positive demeanor which helped not only with my shopping but also with my mood
