disappointing

Had to hunt for a cashier eating in a back room. No one to ask if they sold plastic back splashes.

Excellent customer service

Helpful and efficient members of staff, who checked when they were unsure of recycling arrangement. More tills were opened promptly, when anyone was queuing.

Easy !

Easy website to use. Text was sent telling me my items were ready. Very quick service at customer service. A smiley lady on checkout! What's not to like !

Exceptional customer service

It’s not often you come across exceptional customer service but my recent experience at Orpington Homebase deserves a big shout out.
A wonderful member of the team, Kerry, provided friendly, helpful, professional and most importantly patient assistance to me over 4 or 5 occasions whilst I was choosing and purchasing paint colours to redecorate my whole house following renovation. Her approach was outstanding, she went above and beyond to help and advise me. Bravo Kerry, you deserve a medal!!

Customer service

Brilliant customer service, Laura on the customer service desk was very helpful sorting my order out. When I came to collect one of the staff put it in my car for me as it was heavy, very pleased with the service.

Staff very friendly and helpful but...

Staff very friendly and helpful but unfortunately after ordering our flooring, had a call to say there were only 5 packs in stock and not the 6 I had ordered but upon collection 2 packs were open and damaged so had to return them.

Helpful staff

I went to the Orpington outlet and staff are most helpful. Specially the staff at the paint counter and also the cashier Kerryanne.
